  • Writing of Specification Documents for Products/Systems interacting with Marketing, Electronics R&D Departments and platform managers in order to find a viable solution (in terms of time, cost and quality) to the markets requirements;

The ideal candidate has a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, preferably with specialization in Automation, with a brilliant academic career.

A previous experience, preferably in household appliances, in developing electronic equipment with communication feature and interaction with other electronic devices is a plus.

Practical expertise in testing of appliances interacting in a system, testing and developing control algorithms, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and team working complete the profile.

English knowledge and good proficiency in the main MSOffice tools are basic requirements.

Knowledge of Labview and use National Instruments devices is required.

Knowledge of TestStand, Veristand, Matlab, Simulink and Dymola is a plus.

Octo Telematics researches an intern to be included in Integration & testing area. His/Her activity will be focused on the support to the validation new solutions Hw and Fw. It will also provide support for to reporting the anomalies, it will also have to ensure for the tasks under its responsibility that the quality of the data, sent to the requesting department are in line with the target set by Octo and Companies. Basic Knowledge of English language and analytical skills are mandatory

The candidate must be oriented towards achieving important goals of professional growth. Relational skills, predisposition to group work, organizational skills combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills are fundamental requisites.

The intern will be involved in the following activities:

  • Validation of telematics systems within the IOT framework
  • Validation of sensors (Bluetooth, RF, Motion sensor)

Descrizione dell’attività: 

Con l’intenzione di rispondere alle esigenze di settore, siamo alla ricerca di una figura IT che analizzerà le necessità del business per supportare il team di sviluppo nella costruzione delle soluzioni IT più adatte e volte al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di progetto.

Mansioni principali:

  • Interpretare, raccogliere e documentare le necessità e le richieste del business in un ambiente complesso e dinamico;
  • Fornire processi e analisi di business per supportare I progetti di business o le relative problematiche IT;
  • Rapportarsi con gli utenti del business e con il team IT Delivery per facilitare l’allineamento dei requisiti tra il Business e l’IT;
  • Condurre studi di fattibilità e di gap analysis;
  • Supportare l’analisi funzionale preparando della documentazione chiara e semplice;
  • Eseguire gli “user acceptance test”, incluse la pianificazione, l’esecuzione e la gestione delle Criticità;
  • Assistere il coordinamento del progetto e le attività amministrative IT in base alle necessità;
  • Supportare il monitoraggio dell’andamento dei progetti IT con il tracking delle attività, assistenza nella fase di risoluzione dei problemi e redazione dei relativi report.

Profilo richiesto:

Il/la candidato/a ideale ha le seguenti caratteristiche:

  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritte e verbali;
  • Ottima conoscenza di MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word);
  • Redazione della documentazione tecnica e/o funzionale in italiano ed in inglese;
  • Conoscenza dei concetti base che sono dietro il ciclo vitale dello sviluppo del software e delle metodologie di gestione dei progetti IT (agile, waterfall, ecc.);
  • Laurea brillante, preferibilmente in Computer Science o Management Engineering; anche una Laurea in Discipline economiche o scientifiche è apprezzata purché accompagnata da un interesse personale per l’IT;
  • Orientamento al dettaglio, all’analisi e buona organizzazione;
  • Forti capacità di time management;
  • Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese parlato e scritto e capacità di partecipare a call internazionali.

 Titolo preferenziale:

1-2 anni di esperienza pertinente nel campo Insurance/Financial Services, con un focus sull’IT business analysis e/o sul project management
