In our Grids Automation division based in Santa Palomba (RO) we are looking for an intern who will support the Sales team in bringing efficient and effective solutions to customers

Your responsibilities

  • Support the presentation of the full suite of Craneware products and solutions by taking care of new, prospective as well as internal clients;
  • Learn how to use company sales tools (i.e. Salesforce);
  • Support sales promotion and product development;
  • Work closely with customers to understand their pain points and to link product features and benefits to help them and to help promote sales;
  • Support Project Managers by continuously reviewing with the sales team trends and client feedback to anticipate future markets needs;
  • Provide support to the sales team in client discovery and by proactively drive sales process in according with the internal roles and tools;
  • Establish and maintain positive work relationships by working productively with support groups within the business;
  • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.

Your background

  • A Master’s degree in electrical/ electronic or management engineering;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point); knowledge of Autocad will be considered a plus;
  • A high level of self-motivation, proactivity, willingness to learn and to start taking small responsibilities;
  • Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French or Spanish will be considered a plus.

Attività

  • Redigere la documentazione necessaria al mantenimento delle certificazioni ISO 14001 ed ISO 45001 in collaborazione con i colleghi del plant di Oricola e dei consulenti specializzati.
  • Redigere la documentazione necessaria al mantenimento della certificazione EWS (European Water Stewardship Standard) e, se approvata, della documentazione necessaria alla transizione AWS (Alliance for Water Stewardship)
  • Affiancamento con l’HSE Manager (RSPP) nei sopralluoghi di stabilimento al fine verificare la corretta implementazione di tutte le procedure aziendali.
  • Raccolta ed inserimento dati all’interno del tool RISOLVO: formazione del personale – aggiornamento completo dell’anagrafica del tool (DPI, Prodotti Chimici, elenco macchine ed impianti, ecc.)
  • Supporto nella gestione della sorveglianza sanitaria in accordo con la legislazione vigente (D.Lgs 81/2008 e s.m.i.)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Conoscenza del Dlgs 81/08 e 152/06.
  • Conoscenza Lingua Inglese

INTERNSHIP – INVENTORY CONTROL & STOCK MANAGEMENT

Bulgari Gioielli is offering an internship opportunity within the High Jewellery Logistic Department based in Rome.

The intern will support the logistics activities/processes for Gems and High Jewellery Finished Products, ensuring efficient and proper material handling, document completeness and correct registrations in the systems, according to Company F&A and Logistics procedures.

Main accountabilities

  • Preparing the necessary shipping documentation (e.g. CITES) and technical data sheets
  • Support the manager on handling external relations with the customs, clients, shipping agents, Ministries etc. respecting import/export rules
  • Support the performing product receiving (Finished Products, consignment, buyback/return, Quality Control)
  • Verify conformity of received products and documentation to import/export norms
  • Ensure the constant updating of the system and follow up discrepancies physical/documents with sender
  • Maintain inventory control records
  • Support all activities (picking, packing and good issue) regarding national/international shipments based on open deliveries.
  • Support the logistic team on on-going special projects

Technical Competencies

  • Grad Students/Newly Graduated in Economics or Engineering – an experience abroad is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). The knowledge of SAP/MM will be considered a plus

EU Horizon 2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Network Funding Awarded to Project on SAPIENS – Sustainability and Procurement in International, European, and National Systems

The Project SAPIENS – Sustainability and Procurement in International, European, and National Systems – has been awarded a Horizon 2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Innovative Training Network (ITN) grant of €3.9 million by the European Research Agency (European Commission).

The SAPIENS combines 10 international Universities from eight countries, and non-academic partners in seven countries. At the heart of the project are 15 Ph.D. positions on various multidisciplinary aspects of Sustainable Public Procurement linked to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.

The 15 Ph.D. students, one of which will be based in Rome under the supervision of Prof. Gustavo Piga and Prof. Andrea Appolloni, will attend a common training programme, participate in common public engagement, dissemination and impact activities, and benefit from a number of relevant placements in public institutions, think tanks, lobbyists, and international organisations.
