Ferrari GT Engineering and Manufacturing Academy 2023


La Ferrari GT Academy si rivolge ai migliori ingegneri (laureandi e laureati magistrali).

L’obiettivo è quello di dare il benvenuto ai migliori neo-laureati o laureandi magistrali (che conseguiranno la laurea entro Gennaio 2023) in ingegneria (meccanica, elettronica, elettrica, dei materiali, aerospaziale, gestionale, industriale etc.).

Gli studenti selezionati, verranno inseriti in un programma di internship della durata di 6 mesi che partirà all’inizio del 2023.

Il processo di selezione avrà inizio da ora (Ottobre) e terminerà a inizio Dicembre 2022, i cui requisiti per accedere sono:

  • Conseguimento del Titolo di Laurea Magistrale/PhD nei precedenti 6 mesi oppure entro Gennaio 2023;
  • Conseguimento del titolo di Laurea Magistrale/PhD, con eccellenti voti (idealmente dal 105 al 110L);
  • Ottimo livello di inglese (B2), un’altra lingua costituirà un plus;
  • Precedente esperienza di stage (in campo automotive/innovation/digital-solutions costituirà un plus);
  • Precedente esperienza di stage/studio all’estero.

Amazon WoW

Amazon Women of the World (WoW) is a new program targeted at all women studying in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), particularly those who are interested in a career in technology. This series of events will provide participants with opportunities to participate in skill building sessions, gain advice from Amazon recruiters and be acquainted with Amazon culture. The objective is to help university students and recently graduated students build long-term career in Amazon.

Amazon WoW is open to all students across EMEA who are currently studying at university or have graduated within the last 12 months.

Make an Impact – Amazon’s EMEA Internship Conference

September 13th, 14th, & 15th.

The conference will offer a number of sessions including Sustainability at Amazon, Crush Your CV, and the Importance of Networking. You will have the opportunity to meet and connect with current and former interns, intern managers and recruiters.

You will hear first-hand what it is to be an intern at Amazon, what intern managers are looking for and learn about impactful projects our interns work on. Former interns will share their personal experiences and walk you through the career path one can have after an internship.

This conference will also share insights into open internship roles and provide an opportunity to connect with a recruiter.

Interns will spend 12 weeks in one of Amazon’s large and complex fulfilment centres, sortation centres of delivery stations in Europe. This is a chance to learn and understand leadership and project execution by working with experienced senior management as well as front line associates in some of the largest fulfilment facilities.
You will experience operations strategy and process efficiency concepts come alive, put your analytical skills to test and roll up your sleeves to complete a high-priority project that will deliver significant impact to our business.

Your project will include design of a new process or strategy and require both a deep dive into data as well as implementation and testing of your solution to ensure scalability across our larger network.

You will interact with senior leadership based in our headquarters, technology development teams, data warehouse experts and front line associates to think broadly about solutions to the most complex business and operational challenges we face.

The business lessons you learn and credibility you develop will benefit you over the rest of your career and quickly prepare you for effective executive leadership as a Senior Manager in the program and graduation at Director-level role.

  • You are currently enrolled in/or recently graduated from an MBA/MSc/PhD and available for full time work in 2022/2023

  • Leadership ability in/from a managerial role
  • Experience of stakeholder management at varying levels of seniority
  • You are fluent in English and the local language of your requested location


  • Previous experience in setting, monitoring and improving KPIs, or similar metrics
  • You have either an MBA, PhD or MSc in engineering, management, logistics, manufacturing, science or any other STEM field
  • Successful track record in supporting customers, both internally and externally
  • Knowledge of lean, six sigma and/or kaizen techniques and methodologies would be advantageous
