Activities

  • Manages and oversees maintenance activities in the mills under charge, ensuring process continuity and promoting continuous improvement opportunities. Supports Engineering area in the research and assesment of new technologies, procedures and standards. Ensures the correct sharing and implementation of best maintenance practices in the mills under charge.
  • Ensures the Line/Process continuity by: fulfiling and optimizing maintenance plans and programs;
  • participating in the planning of large stoppages (REX); ensuring availability and reliability of critical assets; coordinating Base Group activities;
  • ensuring non-operational stoppages are duly performed;
  • ensuring root-cause failure analysis on chronic and/or sporadic equipment breakdown or losses.
  • Ensures the development and optimization of maintenance preventive methods to reduce maintenance workload and avoid unforeseen stoppages.

Requirements

The activities require skills in multiple technical and managerial fields and a genuine passion for Maintenance.

  • Master Degree in technical careers (mainly mechanical / electric Engineering).
  • Knowledge of maintenance system.
  • Professional Knowledge or previous experiences in maintenance roles

Requisiti:
