We are now looking for an Account Manager trainee to support on short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives.

The candidate will collaborate with Account Manager team to develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to making customers and Ericsson successful. The daily activities will focus on selling specific part of Ericsson portfolio and Services in relation to customers’ business/technology area; in particular is mandatory to consider the Technology evolution of OSS/BSS architecture towards a full Microservices implementation based on Openshift PaaS, BIG Data architecture based on Pivotal/Greenplum/Gemfire stack and Automated Operation with AI/ML.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in Computer/Electronic Engineering, Master of Science or similar
  • Deep knowledge of innovative IT architecture and IT new technologies (Microservices based architecture, Docker, Orchestration, XaaS, Big Data, AI, etc)
  • Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding attitude
  • Fluent English and Italian
