Aptar’s Talent Management team in EMEA is looking for support and searching for an intern within the Talent Attraction organization who will assist the daily recruitment duties and collaborate on key projects related to talent attraction and recruiting.

Key responsibilities:

Maintain job creation, approval and posting through our Internal Applicant tracking System (SuccessFactor).
Pre-select resumes and gradually interview suitable candidates on a selection of international recruitments.
Schedule calls, meetings and interviews. Assist the organization of room and travel bookings for meetings.
Send interview confirmation emails (with instructions) + follow up calls/emails to candidates post their interview.
Respond to all candidate applications with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist in reimbursement of candidates travel expenses.
Contribute to talent attraction projects designed to create or improve common practices i.e. Young graduate recruitment, TA metrics, improvement of our ATS, Employer branding, on boarding.

Profile

BS/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field.
Fluency in English and ideally one another European languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft office and digitally savvy.
Energetic, business acumen.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
High attention to details.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Program Outline

The SWIFT Young Graduate Program consists of two phases which are split into two years. In phase two or year two, it is for the young graduate to choose for himself or herself a career development direction from a variety of domains such as business/data analysis, business intelligence, technical support towards consultancy, cyber security, product / project management, network engineering, etc.

Unique Features

The main features that make this program unique are:

CERTIFICATIONS: the graduate will be trained to obtain the associate and professional SWIFT certification which are considered highly valuable worldwide within the financial industry. GROWTH: throughout the program the graduate will dramatically increase their knowledge in every field of IT (Networks, Cloud, Cyber Security, etc.) as well as their soft skills (team working, communication, etc.)

CO-OPERATION: The program is designed to let the graduate be always assisted by more experienced colleagues in an international English based environment.

Qualifications

University degree in Scientific disciplines, Engineering, Economy and Finance. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Willing to be challenged daily by IT technical issues in relation to business operations. Ambition to build a career in the financial industry. Affinity with IT and especially Windows, UNIX and network technology would appreciated. Strong consultative, communication and planning skills. Fluent in English plus another European language. A team player, willing to work in a dynamic multicultural environment. Willingness to travel occasionally.

Graduate program

Personality and ability tests will be part of the selection procedure which will be performed by Authentiek. The overall selection procedure will take about 2 months. As a consequence, even if you have not graduated yet, you can start the selection procedure upfront and ensure your place before graduating. Once taken on board you will receive certified training on hard skills like trouble shoot complex IT, network and cybersecurity issues as well as interpersonal skills (tailor made). Career development coaching will be part of the programme as well and the programme will last 2 years.

Inoltre, parteciperà attivamente ai processi di recruitment tramite attività di Head-Hunting spesso utilizzata in executive search, ovvero la ricerca di una figure professionale che risponda agli specifici requisiti concordati con i clienti.

La risorsa ideale deve aver conseguito una Laurea in Ingegneria e deve avere una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.

Completano il profilo: buona gestione dello stress, orientamento agli obiettivi; eccellente standing e proprietà di linguaggio, dinamicità, spiccato senso commerciale ed alle relazioni, orientamento al lavoro e cliente interno/esterno, proattività, metodica e precisione, solarità; Volontà di approcciare un progetto di medio – lungo termine all’interno del settore.
