You will be asked to reinterpret sales processes. You will be ready to design new opportunities, both for the growth of the Company and for your personal development as a sales specialist.

You will develop and lead business value-based opportunities within targets assigned to you and you will be responsible for existing and new clients, with a focus on a new sales strategy/approach. This is a team player role that works proactively to drive customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities to deliver superior solutions in a way that also increase profitability. Role mission

European Inventory Planner has the responsibility to maximize the productivity of inventory in a luxury supply chain, by the control of the coverages of assortment and of the coverage of target stock defined at each level of the distribution network.

This is a stage opportunity, with a wide range of possibility for the candidate to explore and make practice in Gucci, with a particular focus to European Retail Market.

Key Accountabilities

  • To follow the process to set the target of inventory at SKU and store level on the base of coverages, sales trend, forecast and stores capacity.
  • To make practice in the analysis of coverages and store performances.
  • To learn the logic of the stock rebalance among stores, according to analysis of: stock level, transport cost and sales probability.
  • The tutor of the candidate is a senior Inventory Planner.

Key Requirements

  • At most one year of experience, not mandatory in similar position.
  • Bachelor degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, managing engineer or related fields.

Missione del ruolo

Il tirocinante sarà inserito all’interno dell’Area Shoe Production e farà parte di un team dedicato a progetti di re-ingegnerizzazione dei processi di produzione di materiali per calzature e di prodotto finito. Inoltre avrà l’opportunità di essere formato sulla gestione di progetti a forte contenuto innovativo e finalizzati all’attuazione del miglioramento continuo in tutta la filiera produttiva.

Principali mansioni

In particolare, il tirocinante verrà formato sulle seguenti attività:

  • Analisi dei processi produttivi interni e dei fornitori esterni appartenenti a diversi tipi di industria (conciaria, metalmeccanica, etc..)
  • Re-ingegnerizzazione di processi produttivi, finalizzata alla riduzione dei lead time e riduzione di vincoli di produzione
  • Gestione di progetti di miglioramento degli attuali processi di pianificazione e acquisto materiali
  • Collaborazione con altre funzioni interne alla Shoe Business Unit, consulenti esterni e personale interno ai fornitori

Requisiti richiesti
