Lear is offering a six month internship ideally starting from May 2019 to students that are completing, or are in the course of completing, their studies. The position is based in Rome. Successful applicants are expected to support senior staff and are typically involved in data collection and analysis, desk research, preliminary drafting of reports.

Candidates should:

  • have completed their Bachelor and Master in Economics (or be about to complete their Master);
  • have an interest in industrial economics and competition policy;
  • have good quantitative and analytical skills;
  • be willing to work in team and be able to meet tight deadlines;
  • be fluent in English. The knowledge of other languages is a plus;

Once taken on board you will receive certified training on hard skills like trouble shoot complex IT, network and cybersecurity issues as well as interpersonal skills (tailor made). Il Vodafone Discover Program è un programma per talenti che prevede da subito l’assunzione a tempo indeterminato. Il programma comprende un percorso di 5 mesi, suddiviso in 2 assignment per prepararti al meglio alla posizione che ricoprirai.

Il percorso Finance ti darà la possibilità di metterti alla prova sui temi di corporate finance in tuti i suoi aspetti: Financial planning & controlling, management accounting e business intelligence. Sarai punto di riferimento per tutti i dipartimenti nella definizione dei business case, analisi di redditività e fattibilità finanziaria dei progetti aziendali.

Il programma rappresenta una vera e propria occasione per crescere personalmente e professionalmente, conoscere a 360 gradi un’azienda dinamica ed in trasformazione e di metterti alla prova in diverse aree. Come si articola il programma?

Durante la prima settimana di induction e training i nostri manager ti illustreranno la nostra struttura organizzativa, le priorità del business e le nostre sfide.

Il Primo Assignment rappresenta uno dei valori piu’ importanti di Vodafone: la Customer Obsession. In qualunque area tu voglia lavorare, infatti, il cliente deve essere sempre al centro. L’Assignement sarà quindi dedicato alla customer experience e a conoscere tutti i touchpoints con i nostri clienti. Avrai quindi la possibilità di conoscere dal punto di vista strategico e pratico il canale retail, il competence center e il digital, imparando a conoscere i clienti sia Consumer sia Enterprise.

– Scopri cosa vuol dire lavorare in Vodafone:

Il Secondo Assignment sarà all’interno dell’area per la quale sei stato assunto ma in team differente. Questo ti permetterà di conoscere un team diverso da quello in cui andrai al termine del percorso in modo da acquisire nuove competenze.

Il Vodafone Discover Program rappresenta anche il canale per accedere al Columbus Program: volare all’estero e lavorare per 24 mesi in una delle nostre 30 operating country.

Il Vodafone Internship Program è un percorso di orientamento e formazione in un contesto aziendale dinamico che ti permetterà fin da subito di esporti a grandi opportunità di apprendimento.

È un programma strutturato su 6 mesi in una delle diverse aree di Finance.

Potrai metterti alla prova su progetti sfidanti e di alta qualità, avendo l’opportunità di migliorare le tue competenze grazie al confronto quotidiano di colleghi esperti.

Unirsi al nostro team di Finance significa occuparsi di supportare la strategia aziendale, fornire accurati dati finanziari e gestionali, utili al miglioramento delle performance aziendali. Le principali responsabilità in capo alla nostra direzione finanziaria sono il coordinamento e la supervisione di tutti gli aspetti contabili e fiscali, la predisposizione dei processi di budgeting, forecasting, nonché di reporting, l’elaborazione del bilancio civilistico e consolidato, la valutazione e la gestione del rischio attraverso l’implementazione di controlli interni, la pianificazione finanziaria di medio-lungo periodo in termini di fabbisogno finanziario e cash flow.

Una volta terminato l’internship, avrai la possibilità di partecipare alla selezione per il nostro programma graduate, il Discover Program.

Skills richieste:

  • Buona conoscenza della struttura di bilancio
  • Buona conoscenza dell’ufficio Microsoft (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint)
  • Fluente in inglese
  • Capacità analitiche
  • Flessibilità
  • Consapevolezza organizzativa

Background accademico:

  • Economia, finanza, Ingegneria gestionale
