THP Activation Analyst

Job purpose and key deliverables

The jobholder is a member of the Action team within the Marketing department, which is responsible for the management of the THP Activation for the brands owned or licensed by the Company. This includes the ATL and BTL activities, Pr communications, digital advertising, Own Retail Strategy including Flagship and Pop Up management. The main activities related to the position are the following:

1) Execute all activities in line with own retail strategy and corporate guidelines

2) Establish as the point of reference for the agencies at operational level during the actual rollout of the activities;

3) Become the point of reference for the operational work in the team;

4) Support and monitor the development and materials creation for the rollout and progression of the project;

5) Ensure accurate and timely deliveries;

6) Show ability to steer the agency work;

7) Ensure consistent alignment with the team;

8) Monitor and report external agencies to ensure spend does not exceed that authorised within the own retail plan

9) Monitor project KPIs constantly, to make sure the objectives are pursued as per plan, or to act in case issues arise. 

10) Guarantee sound management of the key processes and workflows, especially those involving Lex, procurement and external supplier; 

11) Ensure due diligence in managing the folder, saving the documents required for an efficient team work

12) Monitor the competitors to deliver a more efficient promo and activities plan

Retail Activation Analyst

Job purpose and key deliverables

The jobholder is a member of the Retail Activation Team within the Marketing department, which is responsible for the management of all Point of Sale (POS) materials production, shelves management, consumer dialogue at POS and materials shipment to field force. The Retail Activation Team is essentially commercially driven and consumer led. The main activities related to the position are the following:

Communication Material control

  • manage information and material arrivals to the provider
  • creation of codes and management of the Hub stock 
  • management of peripheral hubs for Field Force (utility creation and movement management) 
  • management of shipments to the service hubs in compliance with the times required by the various departments, trying to optimize resources and requests
  • manage Field Force requests

Consumer Dialogue - Stage

Job purpose and key deliverables:

L’attività di Consumer Dialogue o one to one (121) in BAT consiste nel fornire, nel pieno rispetto della normativa di settore, informazioni commerciali ai consumatori fumatori e maggiorenni sulle caratteristiche tecniche dei prodotti riportanti il marchio BAT.  

Tale attività può includere o limitarsi anche allo svolgimento di una breve ricerca di mercato. L’attività di 121 viene svolta in turni da mezza  giornata su tutto il territorio nazionale, suddiviso in 3 Region, ognuna facente capo ad un responsabile della Forza Vendita di BAT.
