INTERNATIONAL TRADE MARKETING INTERNSHIP
Bulgari is looking for intern will be integrated within the International Trade Marketing Team, based in Rome.
He/she will work in strict alignment with the ID Roll Out Coordinator to ensure the development, production and implementation of the different visual merchandising activities, granting
executional excellence in all installations at the Point Of Sales.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Support in the development of Visual Merchandising creative tools and guidelines for permanent spaces, with a specific focus on new launches glorification, customers’ engagement and experience;
• Assist the ID coordinator in the Visual Merchandising tools implementation (dedicated displays, visuals and any other VM communication tools for permanent corners) for roll out projects;
• Support in New Launches planograms creation;
• Sell-in and sell-out analysis and support in customers’ plans consolidation;
• Track openings for central reporting, monthly hand over and regular ID park updates;
• Collaborate in the managing of purchase orders issuing in the SAP system and follow-up with accounting department and external suppliers

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Master’s Degree in Economy/Marketing
• Pregress experience in Trade Marketing/Visual Merchandising role
• Fluent English
• Excellence knowledge Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Experiences abroad (Erasmus) are considered a plus

Job purpose and key deliverables

  • Execute the planned sales visits, in order to ensure regular coverage of territory based and manage the orders;
  • Execute the Brand & Trade Marketing activities according to priorities and agreed timelines and internal policy at store level;
  • Minimize out of stocks through ensuring sufficient stock level maintained in store;
  • Manage the assigned budget and the designed tools and merchandising materials aimed to support BAT product sales according to rules and procedures;
  • Implement Trade programmes and merchandising recommendation in POS (Position, Communication);
  • Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting on activities performed: ensure all retail data and information;
  • You will be required to liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders so you will need to have strong networking capabilities together with the ability to create new opportunities;
  • It is critical you have excellent people skills, can embrace communicate and manage change, and have an ability to successfully facilitate a coaching culture;
  • Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience in a FMCG sales environment and a Marketing or business related tertiary qualification would be highly desirable.

Cesare Fiorucci SpA sta ricercando brillanti neolaureati da inserire all’interno della funzione TRADE MARKETING.

La risorsa prescelta verrà coinvolta attivamente in tutte le attività dell’area.

In particolare:

  • la definizione e l’implementazione delle politiche commerciali aziendali nei diversi canali distributivi, delle diverse tipologie di cliente, delle attività di trade e delle caratteristiche tecniche dei prodotti.
  • Assistere alla pianificazione delle azioni promozionali necessarie all’implementazione della strategia commerciale di canale
  • Analisi delle performance (cliente/canale)
  • Elaborazione e implementazione politiche di incentivazione della forza vendita
  • Preparazione e organizzazione delle riunioni con la forza vendita su base quadrimestrale
  • Interfaccia con la Rete di vendita: AM/Agenti e con le funzioni interne: demand planning, acquisti, controllo di gestione, customer service

Il candidato ideale:

  • Possiede Laurea in Economia, Statistica, Matematica, Ingegneria Gestionale;
  • Specializzazione in Marketing o Trade Marketing (master o corso di specializzazione);
  • Conoscenza approfondita Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access);
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese

E’ considerato requisito preferenziale breve esperienza nella stessa funzione.

Caratteristiche personali fondamentali: capacità analitiche e organizzative, creatività e innovazione, capacità di lavorare in team, capacità di problem solving.
