THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bookkeeping and Payables/Receivables

  • Track all of the transactions in the organization, covering both sales and expenses.
  • Monitor the current payables/receivables and handle all associated payments.

Financial Reporting and Control

  • Implement accounting principles to designing financial processes of the organization, preparing reports and liaising with external auditors.

Strategic Planning and Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Forecast what financial results will look like in future periods and compare with actual results to determine areas where the business can improve.
  • Design financial models that help decision makers make financial judgments

Treasury & Working Capital Management

  • Forecasting the upcoming working capital (receivables and payables) needs of the company and ensuring proper cash flow management.

Customer success:

Data analysis and research :

  • You have studied or are studying for a Bachelor’s/Master’s Computer Science, Engineering or similar subjects.
  • Previous working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst

Your Tasks

1. First and foremost, you will ensure that UMAI reaches its headcount growth goals across several countries in the Asia Pacific region while maintaining a fun, but hard-working culture.

Once taken on board you will receive certified training on hard skills like trouble shoot complex IT, network and cybersecurity issues as well as interpersonal skills (tailor made). Stage Real Estate support

Il/la candidato/a avrà il compito di svolgere le seguenti attività:

  • Contribuire allo svolgimento del progetto di predisposizione della nuova sede aziendale fornendo supporto nelle varie fasi.
  • Contribuire alle attività correlate alle nuove installazioni e al miglioramento degli immobili e dell’impiantistica di servizio.
  • Supervisionare le necessarie attività di manutenzione legate alla gestione del patrimonio immobiliare.
  • Supportare il processo di controllo dei costi dei vari progetti in comparazione con il budget assegnato.
  • Predisporre e gestire i documenti interni necessari allo svolgimento delle attività del dipartimento (RDA, creazione anagrafiche, gestione fatture ecc).
  • Preparare le presentazioni PowerPoint per la rappresentazione dei progetti e dei risultati ottenuti dal dipartimento.
  • Interfacciarsi con i fornitori dei servizi nell’ambito dello svolgimento delle attività descritte.

Requisiti fondamentali:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Civile – Ingegneria Ambiente e Territorio.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint.
  • Ottima conoscenza di Autocad.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese.
  • Buona conoscenza delle principali normative di carattere tecnico in ambito edile ed impiantistico.
  • La conoscenza di MS Project sarà considerato un requisito preferenziale.

Stage supporto ufficio Acquisti

La risorsa inserita si occuperà di supportare il team del dipartimento Operations/Logistics con particolare riferimento alle unità Procurement, Real Estate e Integrated Operations e sarà coinvolto nelle seguenti attività:

  • Supportare la definizione e l’esecuzione del processo di qualifica del fornitore e la predisposizione dell’albo fornitori;
  • Supportare la conduzione di richieste di informazione e quotazione per l’identificazione dei fornitori più adatti alla erogazione di servizi e alla fornitura dei prodotti;
  • Predisporre report per la negoziazione con i principali fornitori di servizi e prodotti;
  • Supportare il processo di controllo dei costi in comparazione con i consuntivi dell’anno fiscale precedente e con il budget dell’anno fiscale in corso;
  • Predisporre la documentazione di controllo e monitoraggio della funzione acquisti;
  • Predisporre le presentazioni Powerpoint per la presentazione al top management dei risultati ottenuti dal dipartimento con riferimento all’avanzamento dei progetti delle iniziative e dei servizi;
  • Supportare tutte le attività operative interne del dipartimento nella conduzione dei piani di avanzamento delle diverse iniziative in corso, nell’elaborazione del budget annuale e nella revisione periodica dello stesso.

Requisiti fondamentali:

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno livello B2 reale);
  • Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint;
  • Buona conoscenza di Project Management e reporting contabile;
  • Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia Aziendale o formazione equivalente;

Desired Skills & Experience 

  • BSc or MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement in Information Technology / Business Informatics, Software Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics/ Economics
  • Basic knowledge of  most common databases, SQL querying languages, and  of  most common reporting tools (i.e. PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView) would be considered a plus
  • Proficiency both in English and Italian
