Junior PM – Neolaureati in Ingegneria Gestionale. La risorsà verrà inserita all’interno del dipartimento Delivery&Service a supporto del Team Project Management nel coordinamento, organizzazione e  monitoraggio dei diversi progetti gestiti da Huawei, occupandosi di verifica dei KPI, analisi finanziarie.

The role will be working under System Integration Service Department having the opportunity to participate in daily managerial and operational activities not only from PMO but also from different working streams with a complex project content, which will provide a fast professional growth.

Main responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate project weekly meeting, update the weekly reports and report to different managerial levels on weekly basis
  • Monitor and report various project delivery activities and tasks
  • Support in PR/PO management and monitoring the PR/PO submission, acceptance and invoice process
  • Support in project financial analysis
  • Plan and execute PMO communication
  • Support in different project delivery working streams on demand
  • Support in project digitalization: sharepoint management, dashboard or supporting tool development

Requirements

  • Master Degree in Management or Telecommunication Engineering;
  • Experience with MS office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outloock);
  • Experience with MS Project and Power BI Software is an advantage;
  • Team player with good communication skills;

  • English and Italian language (spoken and written) are mandatory;
  • Chinese language is a plus.

Obiettivi

Il candidato sarà inserito in un progetto di Analisi di Mercato, il cui obiettivo è lo studio del mercato di riferimento dell’Azienda e indagini specifiche del settore, al fine di costruire scenari possibili in relazione alle analisi effettuate, per sviluppare dei piani marketing di successo.

Il Network Engineer andrà a studiare, nello specifico, le caratteristiche dei nostri prodotti e sistemi al fine di compararli con i competitor, ricercando soluzioni originali, efficaci e non convenzionali.

Descrizione delle attività

La risorsa collaborerà attivamente in un team di 4 persone specializzate in settori differenti: Economia, Scienze Politiche, Studi Internazionali e Relazioni Strategiche.

Eseguirà le seguenti attività:

  • Studiare le caratteristiche dei nostri prodotti e sistemi di comunicazioni sicure (algoritmi ed apparati di cifratura, telefoni e soluzioni crypto), piattaforme e servizi di cyber security
  • Studiare le caratteristiche dei prodotti competitor al fine di compararli con i nostri e sottolinearne i punti di forza
  • Prevedere le richieste e le preferenze dei consumatori
  • Definire gli obiettivi di vendita
  • Analizzare l’andamento e l’evoluzione delle soluzioni adottate nei vari settori merceologici a cui appartengono i nostri Clienti
