Tirocini extracurriculari e curriculari

ICE offre a studenti, laureati o inoccupati l’opportunità di svolgere un tirocinio della durata massima di 6 mesi presso gli Uffici di Roma, Milano e della Rete estera.

Le tipologie di tirocinio attivabili sono le seguenti, in base al profilo del candidato:

  • tirocini curriculari, attivabili in favore di studenti iscritti a percorsi di formazione universitari italiani (Laurea, Master, Dottorato di Ricerca) che richiedano il rilascio di crediti formativi (CFU). Tali tirocini sono attivabili presso la Sede di Roma e di Milano o presso gli Uffici della Rete Estera;
  • tirocini extracurriculari, attivabili per candidati in stato di inoccupazione/disoccupazione iscritti al Centro per l’Impiego, attivabili presso la Sede di Roma e di Milano.

INDENNITA’ FINANZIARIA: I soli tirocini extra-curriculari prevedono da parte di ICE Agenzia un’indennità finanziaria di €800 al mese.

DURATA: I tirocini hanno durata massima di sei mesi. La durata dei tirocini curriculari varia in base alle indicazioni dei soggetti promotori (Università), ma in ogni caso non potranno superare i sei mesi.

COME CANDIDARSI
Sede e Ufficio di Milano: Esclusivamente tramite bando. Non si accettano candidature spontanea inviate al di fuori dei periodi di apertura dei bandi, che avvengono generalmente due volte
all’anno indicativamente nei mesi di Giugno e Novembre compatibilmente con le risorse finanziarie.

Comp.Sys è alla ricerca di giovani talenti, neolaureati in Ingegneria gestionale ed Economia aziendale, per inserirli nel processo selettivo finalizzato alla formazione di una SAP Academy che si terrà a Roma dal 20 gennaio al 21 febbraio 2020.

Il percorso formativo gratuito prevede un rimborso di 800 euro netti mensili e sarà strutturato in più moduli, con formazione in aula, interventi di esperti di primarie aziende italiane, che approcceranno il tema in maniera interdisciplinare utilizzando la didattica attiva e laboratoriale.

Il percorso è strutturato per formare i partecipanti su processi enterprise, con un approfondimento sui moduli applicativi e le funzionalità del gestionale SAP. Dopo una prima fase di overview e introduzione alla figura del consulente, il corso prevedrà un “Deep Dive” sui moduli SAP specifici dedicati alla gestione dei processi di:

Contabilità, Controllo di gestione, Pianificazione progetti, Logistica, Vendite e Distribuzione, Pianificazione Produzione, Manutenzione Impianti, Gestione Qualità.

About the Role

Per il nostro stabilimento di Porcari (Lucca), siamo alla ricerca di Manufacturing Engineer da inserire in stage, il cui obiettivo sarà di definire, procedurizzare, implementare e sistematizzare all’interno di un software dedicato (Rubik), le attività CIL (cleaning, inspection, lubrication), autonoma da parte delle crew operative dei reparti Paper Making (produzione di bobine carta Tissue), in indirizzo “Autonomous Mainteinance-TPM” e “5s”

La/o stageur, inserito nello staff di gestione di reparto (RST), avrà un chiaro programma di progetto corredato di obiettivi e sarà coordinato da un Tutor che costantemente fornirà feedbacks con la finalità del raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati.

La attività darà la possibilità di confrontarsi con un ambiente dinamico in un contesto multinazionale, Leader di Settore.

What You Will Do

Il candidato verrà inserito all’interno del team di Paper Making Tissue e perseguirà gli scopi di progetto secondo i seguenti steps

  • Benchmark presso reparto/i Essity aventi già operazioni complesse di ribobinatura e gestione bobine
  • Analizzare le attività secondo lo stato attuale
  • Di concerto con i referenti delle funzioni Operations, Safety, con plenario coinvolgimento della crew produttiva in logica “bottom – up”, propone, testa, valida le tasks “CIL” con l’obiettivo di definire e mantenere standards di ordine e pulizia che assicurino  l’esercizio in assenza di degrado forzato, nonché rilevare i difetti indirizzandone la eliminazione
  • Ratificare le suddette operazioni tramite forma di scheda CIL, nel rispetto di norme vigenti sul CCNL e Leggi sulla Sicurezza del Lavoro
  • Espletare e/o coordinare l’addestramento della crew inerentemente i CIL delineati
  • Tempificare l’espletamento dei CIL nel sistema RUBIK e coordinarne il roll out, tramite diretto interessamento all’interno dei turni assieme alla crew operativa, riportando nei daily meeting sequence (DOM), lo stato di implementazione ed eventuali barriere al raggiungimento degli obiettivi alla esecuzione dei CIL, la alimentazione della Defect List, e la eliminazione dei difetti stessi
  • Nella parte finale dello stage, partecipa alla quotidianità della vita di reparto supervisionando le operazioni e se del caso, affinanare apportando eventuali varianti (logica PDCA), sino ad autonoma e matura applicazione delle tasks da parte della Crew

We are looking for Research Analysts who will work on well-defined sub-tasks of an assignment with the close support and guidance of an experienced case manager. Your main tasks will include gathering facts and analyzing data from various sources, extracting key messages from your research, assisting the team in building presentations and reports, providing input in client meetings regarding your own work, interacting with customers during workshops and interviews. You will start your career with an internship contract, after which a permanent one will be evaluated.

As a Project Management intern you could join one of the following teams: Transportation, Operations Engineering, Operations Construction, Sustainability, Compliance, Prime Now, Amazon Logistics (AMZL), Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) or Environmental, Health, and Safety Programs (EHS).

Key responsibilities

  • You will support the project managers in one or several projects by supporting them in tracking open actions, conducting ad hoc deep dives to provide data insights useful for decision making, analyzing processes to identify critical points and improvement opportunities and anticipating for risks.
  • You will support the team in recommending and executing network improvements.
  • You will work with the team to identify process improvement or standardization opportunities for the European network.

  • Data Analytics
    At the end of this internship, you will have developed skills to extract and manipulate large and complex dataset using Oracle SQL, will be given insights on simulation models and will have learnt to master the usage of analytics for driving business decisions and change.
  • Project management
    You will have learnt key success factors to project implementation and stakeholder management in a complex and international environment. You will have used advanced project management tools and will be able to successfully provide project members with support. You will have learnt to anticipate for and mitigate risks.
  •  Soft skills
    You will have learnt how to communicate results and status updates to stakeholders and Senior Management. You will have interacted with a wide range of people with very diverse roles, from Fulfilment Centers Managers to Research Scientists.
