The Pathways Operations Manager Internship

Tipo di Contratto: Stage di 6 mesi a tempo pieno con flessibilità, rivolto a laureati magistrali o Diplomati in possesso di un master o una certificazione di project management o simile.
Candidarsi entro: 15/09/2019
Inizio collaborazione ASAP e comunque non oltre metà ottobre.
Cosa offriamo: 800€ lorde, conformemente alla normativa vigente nella Regione Lazio in materia di tirocini.

L’AIL – Associazione Italiana contro le Leucemie, i linfomi ed il mieloma è stata costituita a Roma nel 1969 ed opera sul territorio nazionale grazie ad 81 sezioni provinciali autonome coordinate dalla Sede Nazionale. 50 anni di ricerca scientifica, risultati, assistenza ai pazienti e servizi alle famiglie.
Sconfiggere i tumori del sangue è il nostro obiettivo. Guarire o comunque allungare le prospettive di vita del malato è il nostro risultato. Migliorare la qualità della sua vita è il nostro impegno quotidiano. 20.000 volontari, Servizi di Cure Domiciliari, Case alloggio, scuole e sale gioco in ospedale, servizi socio sanitari, sono la nostra realtà. 150 Centri di ematologia che aderiscono al GIMEMA – Gruppo Italiano Malattie Ematologiche dell’Adulto, sostenuto dall’AIL, sono la nostra garanzia di diagnosi certa e di stesse possibilità di cura per i malati di tutta Italia. L’AIL ha ricevuto la medaglia al merito della Sanità Pubblica dalla Presidenza della Repubblica.

Contesto lavorativo
Le 81 Sezioni, attraverso la presenza costante sul territorio, permettono di acquisire la conoscenza dei bisogni primari dei pazienti ematologici. Questa rete territoriale, oltre a reperire direttamente le informazioni sui reali bisogni a livello locale, è lo “strumento” chiave per il soddisfacimento degli stessi attraverso il sostegno di attività tipiche: Assistenza Domiciliare, Case AIL, Sostegno ai Reparti di Ematologia, Ricerca Scientifica Nazionale e Locale. Le Sezioni AIL sono Soci di AIL Nazionale che, in stretta collaborazione con quest’ultima, lavorano per il raggiungimento degli scopi associativi adeguandosi alle nuove normative e con gli obbiettivi rivolti ad un crescente miglioramento delle loro performance.
L’Area Supporto e Coordinamento Sezioni AIL desidera ampliare il proprio organico per aumentare il sostegno alle Sezioni anche mediante il monitoraggio delle attività svolte e far fronte alle eventuali criticità esistenti.

Obiettivo di ruolo
Supportare lo sviluppo progettuale ed il monitoraggio delle attività svolte dalle Sezioni.
Responsabilità
Garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche dei monitoraggi e la completezza dei dati.

Principali Attività

  • Supportare il monitoraggio del rispetto delle norme statutarie locali e nazionali
  • Supportare il monitoraggio delle Sezioni, sia in merito alle attività tipiche svolte (es. Cure domiciliari, Case AIL, ecc.), che alle strutture organizzative, attraverso il design e il controllo di survey, l’analisi dei risultati e la costruzione di report
  • Effettuare re-call costanti nella raccolta di dati ed informazioni in modo da garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche di risposta e la completezza delle informazioni inviate
  • Partecipare all’organizzazione e all’implementazione dei corsi di formazione indirizzati sia alle Sezioni che a medici e infermieri per i corsi ECM in ambito ematologico.

Esperienze e conoscenze

  • Laureati (magistrali) provenienti da percorsi accademici umanistici o scientifici (es. Scienze Politiche, Sociologia, Economia, Giurisprudenza, Filosofia…) o Diplomati in possesso di un master o una certificazione di project management o simile
  • Esperienza di circa un anno nella gestione e monitoraggio di progetti che coinvolgono una pluralità di interlocutori, meglio se di carattere solidale
  • Conoscenze di metodologia di Project Management
  • Conoscenza di applicativi per la costruzione di survey e analisi dati
  • Conoscenza di Excel approfondita
  • Conoscenza della normativa di riferimento per la gestione delle Associazioni
  • Conoscenza generale della Riforma del Terzo Settore
  • È un requisito preferenziale la conoscenza di realtà associative simili

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, the trainee will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. The trainee will focus on learning how our organization runs.

This internship will provide the opportunity to learn about Project Management and Information Technology. The trainee will work on projects that will give him/her hands-on experience with IT tools, project management methodology, business analysis, quality assurance and change management. The opportunity will allow the trainee to sharpen the communication and problem-solving skills in a business environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will support the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities
  • Support the project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes
  • Understand project finance: financial system monitoring
  • Develop the CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas
