Job Description

Key job responsibilities include providing optimization and global technical support for projects on fixed networks fields, i.e. transport, access and datacom technologies. Mercedes-Benz Trucks Italia è alla ricerca di brillanti laureati in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale interessati al mondo dell’After Sales e a svolgere l’attività di Product Manager FUSO all’interno del Settore Customer Service&Parts. 

 ATTIVITÀ 

La risorsa svolgerà le seguenti attività: 

  • Definire e promuovere un piano marketing sia Parts che Service per i veicoli Mitsubishi Fuso, pianificando le azioni relative ed assicurando il monitoraggio dei risultati. 
  • Monitorare le iniziative Service&Parts implementate dalla Concorrenza. 
  • Elaborare una politica di prezzo, di vendita e di comunicazione dei servizi dedicati alla gamma, coerente con le esigenze delle diverse tipologie di clientela ed in linea con le indicazioni ricevute da Casa Madre. 
  • Supportare la vendita degli Accordi Assistenza per i veicoli Fuso. 
  • Decidere, progettare ed implementare campagne Marketing sia Parts che Service per incrementare la Customer Loyalty ed il Fatturato Customer Pay, interfacciandosi con tutti i settori interessati all’interno dell’azienda. 
  • Elaborare la necessaria reportistica per monitorare l’andamento delle iniziative implementate. 
  • Supportare la Rete nell’utilizzo dei tool messi a disposizione da MBI o da HQ per la gestione del business ricambi e Service sia in Officina che tramite vendita esterna (OTC). 
  • Supportare Daimler nell’implementazione dei progetti, assicurando il corretto svolgimento dei rapporti con HQ e rete per lo sviluppo del business. 
  • Interfacciarsi con il personale di Field per monitorare l’andamento delle iniziative commerciali e i loro risultati. 
  • Supportare il Management, in fase di Operative Planning (OP) e successive revisioni, nella corretta pianificazione mensile di sconti per la Rete (relativi a campagne marketing e incentivi di fine anno) e fatturato ricambi al fine di consentire a MBTI di raggiungere gli obiettivi annuali concordati con HQ. 
  • Contribuire all’arricchimento e all’aggiornamento dell’After Sales web site.

REQUISITI RICHIESTI 

  • Laurea in Economia o Ingegneria gestionale 
  • Precedente esperienza di almeno due anni 
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese 
  • Ottima capacità di gestione e utilizzo dei principali sistemi informatici, in particolare Excel 
  • Esperienza con software per l’analisi e la gestione di database e interpolazione di dati 
  • Orientamento al Risultato
