For the Johnson & Johnson Spa Consumer Plant we are searching for a Stage in Process Improvement Engineering. The intern will participate in comprehensive engineering activities aimed at the development and implementation of effective and high quality processes.

Activities

The intern will be:

  • Supporting the activities related to the process improvement engineering tasks.
  • Support the Implementation of the KPI(s).
  • Support the Identification of the improvement opportunities and priorities
  • Support the redaction of feasibility reports aimed at calculating profitability and Pay-back
  • Support the review of the documentation and training materials for processes, materials, and equipment
  • Support the activities aimed at Implement equipment’s, materials, and processes performance requirements
  • Giving support to the activities aimed at the review of the documentations and training materials for processes, materials, and equipment.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or chemical engineering
  • The ability to analyze problems with an engineering approach is strongly required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Upper intermediate level of English
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies will be considered a plus

The Project Execution team are at the heart of our organization, meeting and exceeding customer expectations while helping to build a sustainable and profitable future. Your responsibilities

For our headquarter in Rome but virtually, we are looking for an intern who will support our Digital Sales team in PAYBACK, the leading multi-loyalty program and multichannel marketing platform, belonging to the American Express Group.

What you will need to succeed

  • You are a student/new graduate in a related field of study (Economics, Communication, Engineering, Statistics)
  • Fluent in Italian, English, both written and oral;
  • Good knowledge of Office tools (in particular Excel);
  • Multitasking and ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
  • Strong motivation with good cooperative mindset and team work attitude;
  • Good commercial acumen.

He/she will support the team in the following activities:

  • Brief and share all assets needed to run a specific digital marketing campaign for PAYBACK digital Partners end to end (from campaign briefing to creatives sharing to results sharing).
  • Onboarding of new PAYBACK digital Partners, quality check for PAYBACK website and APP in relation to digital campaigns.
  • Coordination with PAYBACK customer care and PAYBACK Partners / Affiliate networks in order to manage complaints related to Digital Partners.
  • Support PAYBACK digital sales team in media sales activity and campaign management.
  • Coordination with PAYBACK finance team and PAYBACK Partners for debit and credit notes issuance and management

At the end of the internship, the candidate will learn and understand the dynamics and the way of working in a multinational company. In particular, the candidate will do a first experience of team working and coordination of multiple teams having had the opportunity to work closely with different operational teams involved in PAYBACK marketing campaigns.

He/She will know how a digital marketing campaign is sold, planned and executed. The candidate will also know how a marketing campaign is analyzed and evaluated and how the analysis and results are presented to the client.

Last but not least He/She will also have had an overview of the whole digital marketing scenario and how B2B relationships are managed.

As a Junior Consulting Engineer, you’ll get to do the following:

  • Working with our customer’s engineering teams, you’ll contribute to all phases of their Neo4j implementation, from inception to roll-out, in collaboration with other Neo4j team members.
  • Act as the Technical Subject Matter expert for short to long-term consulting engagements where you’ll work hands on with the Neo4j products, provide expert advice and guidance, train and educate, and help prepare deployments for production roll-out.
  • Design and build (prototype of full blown) solutions that match Customer requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong background/education in database technologies and data modeling concepts
  • Background/education in (Applied) Graph Theory
  • Knowledgeable in the Java ecosystem, Python, other programming languages
  • Experience with complex data analysis and passionate about solving technical data problems
  • Experience working in an agile environment and devops experience
  • Comfortable working in a consultative/advisory role
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Comfortable with learning new technologies and development languages as needed
  • Great listening skills and attention to detail
  • Cum Laude Bachelor Degree in Information Technology (or similar field)
  • Ability to work independently, self-directed and in remote set-up
