Descrizione della posizione:

La risorsa supporterà trasversalmente le attività dell’Area HR & Organization con particolare riferimento ad attività di reporting e data collection, finalizzate all’aggiornamento dei dati relativi all’organico per la verifica del corretto inserimento delle informazioni nei sistemi.

Nel particolare questa figura supporterà il Team nelle attività di:

  • Supporto nell’implementazione e successiva gestione diretta del sistema di reporting worldwide
  • Supporto nella definizione delle proiezioni di costo relative al personale (BDG, RBDG; etc.)
  • Analisi quantitative e qualitative rispetto agli scostamenti mensili del costo del personale (actual vs budget) anche a livello Worldwide;
  • Reportistica ad-hoc per le esigenze di reparto e su richiesta del management;
  • Supporto nello sviluppo di procedure operative e analisi di processo;
  • Supporto nell’implementazione e gestione di eventuali progetti HR;
  • Ideazione e sviluppo di un sistema di reportistica dei principali KPI in ambito HR

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea magistrale preferibilmente in Statistica, Economia, Matematica o Ingegneria

La risorsa supporterà la forza commerciale nella gestione del portafoglio clienti assegnato. Nel particolare, la risorsa offrirà un supporto al canale di riferimento principalmente nelle seguenti attività:

La risorsa supporterà il team nello sviluppo della partnership con i Retail Point ALD nell’area di competenza, supportandoli sia nella crescita dei volumi di vendita e nella qualità dei servizi offerti, sia nella capacità di rappresentare il Brand ALD sul territorio. Scopo della posizione:

Supporta la progettazione delle strutture di basi dati complesse e distribuite al fine di garantire la “Governance” durante l’intero ciclo di vita del software.

Responsabilità:

  • Supporta la gestione di progetti in ambito DWH/BI/Business Support Systems
  • Contribuisce alla progettazione della struttura e dell’accesso alle basi di dati in modo da ottimizzarne le prestazioni

FeedbackLoop è una piattaforma digitale di “peer-to-peer continuous feedback”, che mira ad essere lo strumento tecnologico a supporto di un innovativo framework di Performance Management volto a far evolvere positivamente i comportamenti nei team di lavoro.

L’idea alla base di FeedbackLoop è questa: “La persona, se consapevole del proprio impatto nel contesto professionale in cui opera, attiva un cambiamento in autonomia molto più forte di quello che gli attuali sistemi HR (valutazione e premio) riescono ad ottenere”.
