ATTIVITÀ

Il tirocinio ha come obiettivo quello di fornire una formazione legata alle attività di Back-Office.

Per il raggiungimento di tale obiettivo, il tirocinante fornirà supporto al tutor e al resto del team in attività di:

  • redazione e lavorazione dei contratti di vendita;
  • elaborazione della fatturazione, del saldo e dell’immatricolazione delle vetture;
  • gestione commerciale e amministrativa delle vetture usato;
  • implementazione e monitoraggio delle attività di Back-Office Usato.

Il candidato ideale deve possedere una laurea magistrale in Ingegneria, ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e del pacchetto Office, senso pratico, determinazione, capacità relazionali e di problem solving.

Role Mission

The resource will be part of the Operations Office, within Global After Sales department, reporting to the Operations Manager. The objective of the stage is to collaborate to build a structured monitoring of urgent service requests and to perform a daily follow up.

Key Accountabilities

  • The resource will be gradually involved in:
  • Analyzing data in order to identify cases close to their expected deadline
  • Creating a structured way to monitor identified cases
  • Supporting Operations team in defining priorities
  • Supporting coordinators in defining an effective process to collaborate with all the departments involved in order to speed up critical cases

High Jewellery Logistics Distribution & Invoicing Internship
