Purpose of Job

As part of the Italian supply chain team, the candidate will horizontally support different key activities of the department under the supervision of the various leaders in the demand, supply planning, physical distribution and order to cash sub-functions. In particular, she/he will participate in the operational management of new product launches, in the management of the distribution and administrative operations and in the development of innovative business intelligence systems and productivity tools.

Main Responsibilities and Objectives

  1. Support the demand and supply planning team in some of the key activities needed for the launch of new products in tight collaboration with the Sales team;
  2. Support the order management team in the daily activities related to the end to end Customers Order Cycle;
  3. Support the order management team in physical distribution and Claim Management activities;
  4. Horizontal support in the implementation and improvement of Supply Chain Business Analysis Systems;
  5. Back up the team in specific customization activities;
  6. Contribute to Develop Productivity Tools and streamline the daily logistics operations management.

Required Skills

  • Flexible, fast to learn and adapt to a dynamic and complex environment;
  • Strong Analytical skills – successfully leverages information to find solutions;
  • Excellent levels of Self-Discipline and ability to work independently, as well as in collaboration with a multifunctional team;

The Procurement Team has the responsibility for managing and overseeing all third party spend for both direct and indirect materials and services for Kerry. The Sales function aims to profitably grow the Kerry Taste & Nutrition organization through Commercial Excellence, this means achieving:

As a Sales Graduate you will learn account management skills and work to deliver on business sales targets. You will initially work to understand Kerry’s customer offering and how this relates to our customers, in order to do this you will spend time with our Research & Development teams to understand the Kerry technologies. You will work very closely with our Marketing teams to gain an in-depth knowledge of consumer preferences and customer requirements. A key part of the role will be project managing the delivery of solutions to meet our customer’s needs. This provides an unparalleled opportunity to develop quickly across all aspects of account management. After an initial training period in our Global Centre in Ireland, you will transfer to one of our European markets to build your Sales experience working with customers directly in your assigned market.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in, Business, Marketing PR or similar
  • Fluency in a second European language, preferably French or Italian.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Proven record of delivering on projects and achievement of results
  • Motivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strong ability to work well in a team and on your own
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Willingness to travel or relocate across the global Kerry organisation is a key requirement

  • Identifying and addressing information risks via engagement with Company stakeholders and insights from internal and external cyber intelligence sources;
  • Providing employees and contractors with compelling awareness/training and actionable guidance on information security and information management.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or other relevant degree;
  • Fluent in Italian and English;
  • Good communication skills;
