Posizione ricercata: Marketing Support

Il tirocinante in affiancamento al tutor aziendale svolgerà attività di supporto per l’attività commerciale. Sarà coinvolto nella gestione dei contenuti del sito corporate della banca e nella predisposizione di reportistica interna ed esterna ed affiancherà il responsabile Marketing nella implementazione della strategia di Digital Marketing e nell’analisi dei risultati delle azioni intraprese. In affiancamento al team CRM si occuperà di assistenza di primo livello alla clientela e di gestione del database clienti. Completano il profilo attività di office management e di event management, supportando il manager di riferimento nella pianificazione e implementazione della strategia di marketing.

ISS is seeking a pool of talented and self-motivated data interns for the winter/spring of 2019. The internships coincide with “proxy voting season” supporting listed companies with their annual shareholder meeting responsibilities. Data Procurement interns will assist ISS’ corporate governance analysts with data procurement, agenda coding and voting analytics of the annual general meetings of publicly traded companies. As a Data Procurement intern, you will become an integral part of the team with the crucial role of helping deliver data and research on shareholder meetings of listed companies.

Responsibilities

  • Procure meetings materials (agendas , proxy cards , annual reports ) from companies and process the meetings in our bespoke software
  • Procure voting results from meetings and enter into our bespoke software
  • Learn how to ‘code’ the procured meeting materials into a standard format for our clients
  • Engage with companies in order to obtain all required information
  • Act as a support for all other internal departments with regards to all questions related to companies, meetings etc.

Qualifications

  • A relevant bachelor degree in political sciences, economics, business or finance or in the process of obtaining such a degree.
  • A good eye for detail with strong analytical and numeracy ability
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to assimilate large quantities of information, work independently and take initiative while also being a team player
  • An organized and structured mind to deal with large quantities of work and strict deadlines
  • English Fluent (both spoken and written)
  • A minimum one of the following languages to a native standard:

You will be assessing the corporate governance performance of the listed companies and supporting our clients making informed voting decisions.

  • Engage with companies in order to procure additional information.
  • Prepare reports detailing the analyses and explaining why a certain vote recommendation was given.

Qualifications:

Al suo interno vede la partecipazione a diverso titolo di un ampio panorama di Fondi pensione, Casse di Previdenza, Fondi sanitari e Soggetti di mercato (Sgr, Banche depositarie, Compagnie di assicurazione, Società di servizi…).

La società, al fine di favorire lo sviluppo delle forme di welfare, ha per oggetto sociale l’attività di formazione, studio, assistenza e promozione in materie attinenti alla previdenza complementare, di cui al D.Lgs. 5 dicembre 2005, n. 252 e successive modificazioni, e a settori affini.

Selezione stagista

La Mefop Spa ricerca un neolaureato/a da inserire nell’Area Economia e Finanza della società in uno stage curricolare o extracurricolare (con rimborso spese). L’incarico si svolgerà nell’ambito delle attività di manutenzione del database Previ|DATA realizzato da Mefop sulla Previdenza Complementare nonché delle pubblicazioni a contenuto statistico.

I contenuti caratterizzanti la collaborazione prevedono lo svolgimento in autonomia delle attività di seguito elencate e di quelle correlate:

  • Raccolta e analisi dei dati degli investitori previdenziali;
  • Caricamento delle informazioni rilevanti sul database Previ|DATA;
  • Predisposizione dei fogli di calcolo per l’elaborazione dei dati raccolti;
  • Controllo delle informazioni disponibili on-line;
  • Assistenza al personale Mefop in merito al database Previ|DATA
  • Collaborazione alla stesura del Bollettino Statistico Mefop e di altri report e pubblicazioni di natura statistica

Requisiti:

  • laurea triennale o specialistica in materie economiche;
  • ottima padronanza del pacchetto office (in particolare excel)
  • buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;

Lo stage avrà durata semestrale, con possibilità di rinnovo. La sede dello stage è Roma.
