La mission della struttura è quella di assicurare la redditività aziendale e la  soddisfazione della clientela attraverso il miglioramento continuo dei processi di erogazione dei servizi di sosta, nonché la tenuta degli impianti in continuo esercizio attraverso un efficace  presidio del processo manutentivo.

Lo stagista sarà di supporto alle risorse senior o al Responsabile col prioritario e complessivo obiettivo di sviluppare analisi funzionali al miglioramento dei processi del settore. Nello specifico si potrà cimentare nelle seguenti attività:

  • Analizzare i processi operativi in essere al fine di individuare efficientamenti
  • supportare il responsabile alla partecipazione ad iniziative private e pubbliche
  • monitorare l’evoluzione della Domanda di Sosta per la fidelizzazione del cliente e delle politiche di prezzo;
  • misurare l’efficacia del processo di erogazione del servizio;
  • monitorare la coerenza dei modelli organizzativi ispirandosi al Customer Relationship Management;
  • implementare i processi di magazzino per efficientare la gestione di tempi di intervento manutentivo e l’ottimizzazione della gestione delle

Titolo di studio: laurea specialistica/magistrale in ingegneria gestionale o ingegneria dei trasporti  o economia e management.

Competenze tecniche necessarie:

  • la conoscenza, competenza ed esperienza in strumenti e metodologie quali: Total quality management, Operations consulting e reengineering, Project management, Strategia, progettazione, pianificazione e controllo della supply chain , Pianificazione aggregata delle vendite e delle operations, controllo delle scorte;
  • conoscenze delle UNI EN ISO 9000 – 14000. OHSAS 18001

Costituirà titolo preferenziale esperienze pregresse in attività similari e aver frequentato Master in Business Administrations, Operations management e/o specializzazioni post laurea assimilabili.
