Your ‘day to day’

You will support the People & Culture (HR) department in:

  • Organize Employer Branding activities
  • Screen CV and conduct interviews as required
  • Support Induction & Integration Programs.
  • Collaboration in the implementation of Global Internship Programs
  • Support External Certification activities
  • Support Internal Communication activities
  • Support in Back Office Activities

Who we’re looking for

  • Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Organizational Psychology
  • Fluent in English and in Italian
  • Literacy in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Customer and problem-solving orientation
  • Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders
  • Passionate about Human Resources

What’s ‘nice to have’

  • Experience in HR department in multinational company would be a huge plus
  • Master in Human Resources
  • Communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Quick learning capabilities entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity

Your ‘day to day’

You will work in the Third Parties Department:

  • Managing and monitoring the activities of external sales force;
  • Organizing, with the supervisor, quarter activities for the outsourcing Trade field force;
  • Support Key Account activity by C.T.P.;
  • Collaborate with the team to organize motor sport/trade events;
  • Ensuring the achievement of the objectives defined for suppliers;
  • Managing the budget for every type of activities.

Who we’re looking for

  • University degree in: Economics Management, Statistics, Business Administration or Management Engineering
  • Fluent in English and Fluent in Italian
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint What’s ‘nice to have’
  • Communication skills

You will work in the Information Services (IT) department in:

  • Assure run and support of local solutions collaborating with external business partners

Requirements:

  • IT background and passion about technology and innovation
