Il team di Sales Solution Engineering  ICT si occupa di progettazione di soluzioni di infrastruttura IT per Clienti Enterprise, nelle varie fasi di analisi e raccolta dei requisiti espressi dai clienti, predisposizione delle proposte tecniche ed economiche e presentazione verso i clienti.

Il tirocinante acquisirà competenze tecniche trasversali (e non verticali) su diversi ambiti infrastrutturali IT tra cui in particolare:

  • Virtualizzatori come vmware/hyperV/KVM
  • Tecnologie di orchestrazione come Openstack
  • Conoscenza delle principali piattaforme di cloud pubblico quali Amazon WS, MS Azure, Google, Softlayer

Il team di Architecture & Service Engineering si occupa di ingeneria ICT, con particolare riferimento all’evoluzione e ottimizzazione della piattaforma Cloud di Fastweb e delle infrastrutture di virtualizzazione e più in generale delle infrastrutture tradizionali di data center.

Il tirocinante avrà l’opportunità di acquisire le seguenti competenze:

  • di design e implementazione di infrastrutture IT in ambiente virtuale;
  • di design, implementazione e gestione di sistemi Cloud – di sistemi di Storage, di sistemi di continuità operativa e disaster recovery.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Analyse business requirements and provide functional expertise to assist with management of the product suite throughout the entire life cycle. Design and test functionality for the development of new and enhancement of existing software solutions.

You will be in charge of:

  • Developing the functional specifications in accordance with the technical marketing team
  • Redacting the technical’s specifications
  • Doing the validation plan
  • Analyzing and managing customer requirements
  • Performing feasibility studies, gap analysis, specifications and sizing
  • Defining new product functionality, and graphical user interface design
  • Coordinating with development team for timely product launches
  • UML Designing of IT solutions

Major Responsibilities:

Product Definition

  • Validate business and functional requirements and provide a written statement of product requirements.
  • Produce Detailed Designs for Developers to work from, including Use cases.
  • Produce Functional Specifications. Ensure that functional specifications used for development correspond with product requirements and verify that finished product matches both Customer expectations and Functional Specifications
  • Monitor product success and define corrective actions as necessary
  • Work closely with Development colleagues to ensure deep understanding of Business Requirement and Functional Specification is passed on

Product Support

  • Support sales activities through written and verbal presentations concerning product functionality & providing product overview presentations and documentation emphasizing value to specific customers.
  • Carry out the functional walk-through of the product with the Development team & Customers.
  • Ensure production integrity by validating and prioritizing reported problems

Interfacing

  • Interface with customer during throughout the product lifecycle particularly for functional specification, testing and implementation phases as necessary.
  • Interface with relevant departments to identify interaction with other Amadeus packages and assure functional compatibility.
  • Interface and communicate with Marketing and Product Management.
  • Work cooperatively with others to achieve team goals.
  • Build stable and useful working relationships.

Testing and regression

  • Size specification and testing phases based on requirements.
  • Deliver test plans and test scenarios. Maintain and improve them in the long term.
  • Manage software testing in accordance with the test & quality management plans.
  • Test product in order to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity, and perform functional sign off.
  • Report on Test team activities & testing status.
  • For regression role, proactively provide input to improve regression coverage plans and report regression activities in line with procedures and test cycle (as appropriate)

Requirements:

Education
Engineering degree or Master Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematical Engineer or Management Engineer or a related technical field.  Experience in an international context would be appreciated.

Summary

Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, or networking. Responds to queries and do trouble shooting. Identify root cause and implements solution. Assist the head of ITAD for daily IT management activities and new project implementation. Support the Head of ITAD in the daily management and development of administration activities.

Primary responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, or network. do the trouble shooting or assist the trouble shooting with European head office.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems, including periodical check for the desktops and server room.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Internet, etc.
  • Install computer peripherals for users, help users to relocate their PCs when required. Periodically check and order IT supplies and parts.
  • IT asset (hardware, software, license, etc.) management, book keeping, distributing, and revoking IT assets when necessary.
  • Provide general support for video conferencing system (would be trained). Manage and update badge reader information and prepare IT infrastructure for new staff (would be trained).
  • Work with European head office to implement anti-virus and anti-malware solutions.
  • Coordinating with the service providers to maintain and improve services to office space
  • Maintaining office equipment and stationery
  • Arranging for business travels and accommodations
  • Receiving, distributing mails/deliveries; arranging for outgoing mail/deliveries
  • Other administration tasks assigned by the head of ITAD, when required.

Qualifications and skills

  • Very reliable and flexible, result oriented,
  • Good coordination skills in a methodical way, excellent inter-personal skills
  • Good English in both speaking and writing is MUST, Chinese language could be a PLUS.
  • Solid knowledge or background on IT.
  • Familiar with and willing to learn Huawei network devices especially S series switches and AR routers, and eSight management server, or their equivalent devices
  • Familiar with Windows systems, group policy, mail system and internet proxy. Could study quickly and is willing to take new responsibilities and changes.
  • Familiar with other office equipment like printer, scanner, fax, copier, etc. Could work together with vendors’ support hotline to resolve problems in a timely manner.
