Hostability è un progetto di inclusione rivolto a 18 giovani con disabilità di età compresa tra i 18 e i 35 anni, interessati ad avviare e gestire un servizio un’ospitalità extra-alberghiera (appartamento turistico, bed & breakfast, casa vacanze) presso uno spazio a propria disposizione.
L’obiettivo è creare inclusione e occupazione dei destinatari dando vita al il primo circuito di bed & breakfast accessibili di Roma e del Lazio.
Hostability offre un’occasione di crescita personale e professionale, indicando nell’ambito dei servizi di accoglienza turistica una modalità innovativa di inclusione e integrazione nella propria comunità locale.
Per ciascun destinatario del percorso è prevista, per ciascuna ora di attività svolta, un’indennità oraria di 6 euro/ora per complessive 600 ore.
