CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY SPECIALIST

Bulgari SPA, within its Corporate Social Responsibility Department based in Rome, is searching for a Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist Specialist – Definite Position / 12 months

Mission

Make sure that Company’s practices, processes, products and procedures are ethical, sustainable and environmentally in compliance with national and international rules and practices. To enhance Company’s reputation and thus maximize its profitability through the deployment of projects and initiatives of CSR.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Analyze current Company policies and operations in order to identify current or potential risks and define recovery and improvement actions.
  • Develop actions towards the Community (local and global)
  • Conduct projects and Implement actions to increase the CSR awareness within Company culture and employees.
  • Manage internal and external (the latter in cooperation with External Relations dept.) CSR-related communication through web and innovative media.
  • Monitor budget and spending relevant to CSR initiatives.
  • Participate to CSR related external committees or associations.
  • Conduct audits in the frame of the Company suppliers risk management in order to improve the company’s supply chain social environmentalperformance/sustainability
  • Implement specific KPI’s (also integrating the LVMH ones) to analyze Company performances in CSR actions, defining and implementing specific recoveryactions if needed.
  • Manage data collection and reports on CSR subjects according to LVMH guidelines
  • Act as Bulgari interface of the assigned LVMH CSR related (Social & Environmental) initiatives, directly participating to specific LVMH projects, teams andforums.
  • Implement, within Bulgari, all LVMH CSR initiatives, coordinating all involved people and departments.
  • Drive and support all CSR certification projects (RJC, ISO, etc.).
  • Conduct specific internal trainings on CSR related subjects (Social and Environmental) in order to improve employees awareness and to communicate specific guidelines
  • Constantly update Company knowledge and expertise on CSR issues, also benchmarking best in class and identifying and implementing improvementactions.

Area description

Main activities:

  • Verify and oversee the activities of both regular maintenance contractors (for buildings and plants) as well as contractors tasked with specific services (janitorial, );
  • Carry out the planning, budgeting and coordination of the execution of non-routine maintenance activities, with particular reference to the properties owned by the Group;
  • Supervise the execution of the activities required by laws and regulations and the proper management of the documentation relating to each property managed;
  • Plan and execute various activities related to transformation or implementation of projects requested by clients in properties managed by the Group;
  • Actively collaborate in initiatives (data collection, monitoring, plant settings, etc.) aimed at saving energy and reducing energy consumption;
  • Collaborate in any activities related to the valorization (sales, active leasing, ) of assets owned by the Group;
  • Analyze the potential of the properties under Group management in order to maximize the value and plan any potential activity related to sales/leasing/income generation

In particular, the candidate:

  • will act as the final interface for users of properties under Group management. In this capacity, he/she must play an active role in the identification/prevention of possible problems, in the identification of possible solutions, and in the identification of initiatives designed to reduce operational costs;

Una borsa di studio del valore di 100 mila euro per il post-dottorato (a.a. 2017/18) in epigenetica, finanziata dalla Fondazione Sebastiano e Rita Raeli per “Tor Vergata”, presso il Centro per l’Epigenetica e il Metabolismo (CEM) dell’Università della California, Irvine (UCI).

La scadenza per l’invio delle candidature è stata prorogata al 31 maggio 2018, è necessario aver conseguito da non più di 5 anni il titolo di dottorato di ricerca in discipline mediche o biologiche presso un Ateneo italiano, e presentare un curriculum formativo, scientifico e professionale adeguato al tema di ricerca oggetto della borsa.

Questa nuova opportunità, che consolida il processo di internazionalizzazione dell’Ateneo e permetterà agli studenti di beneficiare dello straordinario contesto scientifico del sud della California – reso tale grazie all’alta concentrazione di istituzioni accademiche – rafforza la partnership di alto profilo didattico e di ricerca tra l’Università degli Studi di Roma “Tor Vergata” e il Centro per l’Epigenetica e il Metabolismo (CEM) dell’Università della California, Irvine (UCI).

Come ha più volte ricordato nel corso di occasioni pubbliche lo scomparso Sebastiano Raeli, la decisione di devolvere i guadagni di una vita di lavoro e sacrifici deriva dalla volontà di sostenere chi, come lui «ha faticato per raggiungere nel migliore dei modi il proprio obiettivo, senza il timore di dare il massimo pur dovendo rinunciare a molto».

About the Graduate role:
Amazon is looking for ambitious and enthusiastic graduates to join the fast paced world of Logistics in European Operations as a Graduate Area Manager. This will be a permanent role from day one with structured onboarding and plenty of training and support.

An Area Manager is a manager with a bias for action.
