The Next Generation Women Leaders EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) program kicks off with a three-day virtual event on May 6 – 8 where attendees will explore the importance of women in leadership, develop a sense of connection, and create a long-lasting community. The program will continue with weekly workshops and informative virtual sessions throughout May and June.

Next Generation Women Leaders EMEA will begin the evening of Thursday, May 6 with welcome words, an opportunity to ask questions, and ample time to get to know one another in an informal setting. Across the next two days, May 7 – 8, attendees will participate in interactive workshops, hear from inspirational speakers and work with facilitators to further shape their leadership style, helping them become trailblazers in their personal and professional lives. During the program attendees will have an opportunity not only to learn more about McKinsey and leadership skills but also focus on personal development, in particular confidence and effective communication skills.

Teach For Italy – Insegnare Per l’Italia, una organizzazione non profit Italiana, parte della rete internazionale di Teach For All, attiva in 59 paesi nel mondo con l’obiettivo di contrastare la povertà educativa e le diseguaglianze.

Teach For Italy vuole attrarre i migliori giovani talenti italiani verso l’insegnamento, per formarli ed aiutarli ad  inserirsi per due anni nelle scuole più svantaggiate del paese.  Lo fa attraverso un programma di fellowship di due anni che ha l’obiettivo di trasformare i giovani talenti nei migliori insegnanti italiani, ma anche in futuri attori del cambiamento nel sistema educativo. L’obiettivo di lungo termine è di costruire una rete di futuri leader italiani che dedichino la loro vita al contrasto delle disuguaglianze educative.

L’organizzazione opera in partnership con il MIUR a livello nazionale e regionale, con Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Fondazione Agnelli e Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo. Nel 2020 il progetto è partito con la selezione e formazione del gruppo inaugurale di 15 giovani talenti che stanno già insegnando nelle scuole più svantaggiate delle province di Torino e Cuneo.

Per il programma 2021 la ricerca è rivolta in particolare a brillanti laureandi e laureati in discipline matematico-scientifiche (STEM), in Scienze della formazione primaria e in lingue straniere.

Le candidature per il programma 2021 saranno aperte fino a fine aprile. Tutti i processi, dalla presentazione delle candidature al processo di selezione, saranno svolti in modalità virtuale e da remoto.
