This organization is a highly-qualified team of 200 professionals focused on providing Customers innovative solutions and high added value services in the area of Analytics, Big Data, Information Governance, Business Intelligence & Data Management, Machine Learning & IoT. We are looking for young graduates with an interest in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Big Data and Corporate Performance Management, to be included in the context of major projects at our Customers in different Industries.
- Design and Develop for important projects:
- Business Intelligence, Analytics and Data Warehouse application architectures (DBMS, Data Integration, Information delivery, Analytics, Machine Learning, IoT, etc.).
- Big Data Analytical Platforms (based on Hadoop, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services and related components and technologies).
- Design and Develop prototypes & proof-of-concepts in support of presales activities as well as support the development of standardized analytic offerings across multiple industries
- Learn and manage knowledge sharing within an international Big Data/Analytics community.
Requirements:
- Degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics.
- Experiences in software development universities’ projects with programming languages like Java, Python,
- A proven passion for IT sector.
The ideal candidate has relational and analytical skills, with constant focus on the goals, team-working ability and proficient Italian and English (both oral and written).

Key Consultant Responsibilities
- Contribute to the project/assignment with creativity, enthusiasm and energy, delivering under guidance from more senior consultants
- Plan, scope, manage and create deliverables as part of a larger project team
- Assists in interviewing Clients, identifying business issues and proposing solutions. Assists in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.)
- Assists in creating roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments
- Contributes to building communication plans, benefits realization plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, management of change plans
- Contributes to proposals, bids, Statements of Work and other deliverables using a concise, professional writing style
- Support the DXC sales process by developing content for bids.
- Contribute to shaping, preparing and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals

DXC Technology is looking for Application Junior Developer to join our company working on Application Services’ Organization which cover four areas: Applications Development; Applications Modernization and Transformation; Testing and Digital Assurance; Applications Management.
Responsibilities:
- Codes and programs enhancements, updates, and changes for portions and subsystems of end- user applications software running on local, networked, and Internet- based platforms based on specific requirements and instructions.
- Executes established test plans and protocols for assigned portions of code; identifies, logs, and debugs assigned issues.
- Develops relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on software applications design and development.
You will learn how to use the major frameworks, programming languages, development environments and next generation skills (e.g.: Java/JEE, Spring MVC, JSF, Cloud, Mobility, AWS, MS Azure, Scrum…).
Requirements:
