For the Italian Marketing Company of Janssen (Cologno Monzese, Milan) we are looking for 1 Internship in Supply Chain Analysis. The intern will be supporting the Affiliate Supply Management Team.

The Intern will be supporting the following activities:

• Updating and reporting activities to closely monitor the Forecast Accuracy
• Activities related to the alert monitoring of the Supply Network Planning
• Provide support on Narcotics flow management
• Activities related to the creation of Delivery Notes
• Monitor inventory level and coverage at local warehouse
• Contribution to the Inventory Destruction Avoidance process
• Continuous collaboration on production execution with relevant Stakeholders
• KPI monitoring

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Economics and Management
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite applications in particular Excel
• Excellent analytical and organizational/planning skills
• Quick learner, proactive attitude, Teamwork
• Proficiency in Italian Language
• Fluency in English

For the Italian production plant of Janssen (Borgo San Michele-Latina) we are looking for 1 Internship for the Operations Department, in the Strategic Support Area.

The Intern will be supporting the following activities:

• Support to the quotation process of the products
• Support to the capacity analysis of the formulation and packaging lines;
• Support the definition of the Site Master Plan.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical and Management are preferred)
• Able to work in a multidepartment and dynamic environment
• Good skills of ownership and accountability
• Proficiency in Italian language
• Fluent in English.
