JOB DESCRIPTION:

Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. is looking for an internship position in Remuneration and Incentive Plan, based in Milan. The candidate will cooperate with the team of Remuneration and Incentive Plan and support them in:

  • Supporting to design incentive systems at Group and Company levels
  • Taking part to deal with Strategic Planning and Budget&Control to select goal baskets for Top Executive in the annual incentive process
  • Supporting to structure the remuneration policy at Group and Company levels
  • Supporting to elaborate documents and analysis for the Remuneration Committee
  • Following the related activities with the Compliance / Audit processes
  • Helping to report on worldwide Regulatory compensation requirements update

PROFILE:

Skills

  • University courses in Law, Finance or thesis on Compensation/Incentive plan are a plus
  • Previous internship in a Compensation team in a financial services or listed Company is a plus
  • International experience (Erasmus, …) is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Interested in Compensation and Incentive Plan items
  • Strong written presentation skills (both Word and PowerPoint)
  • Performance measurement attitude
  • Analytical skills (Excel; Access)
  • Proactive, self-motivated and committed to excellence under any circumstance
  • Solid problem solving and ability to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines
  • Personal standing and solid oral communication skills
