  • Supporto ai consulenti nella preparazione di presentazioni per clienti (sia in italiano che in inglese)

We are looking for a motivated person to join our People Team in Rome who will report to the HR Business Partner and will also work closely with the HR Horizontal Team.

A day in the life of the People Team at Neomobile could include lots of interviews, running reports, chat with Neomobilers, practices sharing and people engagement activities.

You will be responsible for…

  • Recruiting & Employer Branding at international level, people onboarding & induction;
  • Training and Tutorship program coordination;
  • Support to Performance Management Process: appraisal and development, target setting, evaluation and feedback;
  • Support to Organization Development: internal mobility – Team Reorganization and Job/Country Rotation;
  • Support on Labour Law compliance: employee relations, administration support;


  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package;
  • Have a degree (or equivalent) while a Master in Human Resources will be considered as plus;
  • Know English fluently, the knowledge of Spanish is a plus;
  • Have good communication skills and capability to manage relationship cross countries within an international environment;
  • Have passion for the mobile industry and its developing potential!
