For the Italian Johnson & Johnson Medical site (Pratica di Mare – Rome) we are looking for 1 Internship in the Commercial Excellence Department.

Activities

The Intern will be supporting the following activities:

  • CRM (Salesforce.com) database management and first level of technical support
  • Support Sales Force using the official reporting tool (Qlik Sense)
  • Commercial Excellence standard reports (Adoption, Performance, KPI, OnePage)
  • Monthly generation of the Medical Dashboard (Power BI)
  • Elaborate on demand report to satisfy business requests (Qlik Sense)
  • Activities related to advance analytics projects focused on discovery new data science and business analysis solutions and technologies
  • Management of the Commercial Excellence activities in pipeline, including user training

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics in the domain of Analytics and Computer Science
  • Able to work in a multi-department and dynamic environment
  • Very Good skills of ownership and accountability
  • Very good knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools using (Excel, Qlik Sense, Power BI)
  • Willingness to Learn
  • Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Italian language
  • Intermediate English level.

The resource will be included in the Customer Service Team whose mission is the full satisfaction of internal and external Customers and, through Teamwork, the achievement of the expected service results.

Activities

The intern will be supporting and trained on:

  • The activities aimed at the management of all orders received in compliance with the service levels provided for in the Service Level Agreement and in compliance with operational and tax procedure and the telephone support to Customers and the Sales Force;
  • The receiving orders and entering data on the JDE 8.12 system management, in compliance with the established times and without errors;
  • Management of Inbound and Outbound calls; telephone assistance to Customers and Sales Force;
  • Interaction with the various departments (Credit, Finance, Marketing and in particular the entire Logistics structure) to provide information and / or to solve shipping problems deriving from particular needs raised by the Customers / Sales Force;
  • The compliance activities to respect the commercial conditions and the operating procedures in force;
  • The following activities of the Team; returns management/ management of complaints / inquiries, credit / debit note management, archiving of documentation.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, humanities or social disciplines.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office (in particular MS Excel)
  • Proactivity and curiosity to learn
  • Proficiency in Italian language
  • Fluency in English.

For the Italian production plant of Janssen (Borgo San Michele-Latina) we are looking for 3 Internships for the Engineering Team.

This is a particularly exciting opportunity, for neograduates who want to learn more about a new pharma industrial revolution phase that focuses heavily on inter-connectivity and new technologies within an Engineering team.

Activities

The interns will be supporting:

  • The design and introduction of new pharma products within the site, as well as the implementation of new packaging materials and tooling, in order to meet the continuous changes in market needs.
  • The interns will contribute to innovation projects, which are fundamental for the growth of the plant in terms of efficiency and right first time.
  • The interns will be involved in activities related to robotics systems design and other software solutions for the pharma sector with a high technological impact, in line with Industry 4.0.
  • The interns will cooperate and interact with other departments supporting the design of new solutions with them and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • University Degree – Engineering preferred (Mechanical, Chemical, or Management Engineering) other Degrees can be considered
