MBS Consulting, società di consulenza direzionale operante da più di vent’anni su grandi clienti dei settori bancario, assicurativo e industriale, sta selezionando neolaureati o laureandi in Ingegneria Gestionale (esclusivamente a esami finiti, in attesa di discussione) per una posizione di Business Analyst presso la sede di Milano.

I Progetti di MBS Consulting sono finalizzati a disegnare soluzioni per migliorare le performance del cliente e a supportare il management nel processo realizzativo e di cambiamento necessario per conseguire effettivamente i risultati attesi.

Il candidato selezionato sarà inserito su un progetto per un periodo di tre mesi in affiancamento al team, durante i quali avrà l’opportunità di acquisire sia conoscenza specifica del settore in cui sarà impiegato, sia delle principali metodologie e strumenti tipici della consulenza direzionale.

In caso di esito positivo lo stage retribuito potrà essere formalizzato in un rapporto stabile di collaborazione.

Sono richieste le seguenti skills:

  • Spiccate doti analitiche e di problem solving
  • Solide capacità quantitative di analisi e interpretazione dati
  • Orientamento al risultato
  • Forte curiosità intellettuale
  • Capacità di lavorare in team
  • Inglese Fluente
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali applicativi informatici (internet, outlook, office…).

Comparameglio.it sta cercando un Business Analyst che supporterà attivamente le attività di Analisi dell’azienda, con diretto riporto al Finance Manager.

Il candidato ideale ha una laurea in Statistica o Ingegneria Gestionale con un’ottima padronanza dei fogli di calcolo, propensione all’analisi numerica e dei dati e preferibilmente conoscenza dei modelli di business multidimensionali.

In particolare, la risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Gestione e implementazione modelli di controllo
  • Analisi dei flussi finanziari
  • Calcolo indicatori di performance
  • Analisi scostamenti rispetto al budget e consuntivazione periodica dei progetti
  • Analisi delle principali dinamiche e metriche di mercato
  • Supporto alle attività commerciali e di marketing (on-line e TV)
  • Analisi e monitoraggio degli indicatori chiave (web, economici e di processo) del canale del sito
  • Definizione delle azioni da realizzare per accelerare le crescita
  • Organizzazione delle attività interne ed esterne per trasformare le azioni ipotizzate in risultati concreti

I requisiti richiesti sono i seguenti:

  • Laurea in Statistica o Ingegneria Gestionale

As an intern you will be involved in all aspects of our end-to-end process. You will help the team to develop a plan to solve the client’s problems.
