Program Outline
The SWIFT Young Graduate Program consists of two phases which are split into two years. In phase one or year one, the young graduate will be busy with getting trained on the various specific products and services with the goal to become a certified SWIFT professional. And this will lay the foundation for the young graduate’s further development within the company. In phase two or year two, it is for the young graduate to choose for himself or herself a career development direction from a variety of domains such as business/data analysis, business intelligence, technical support towards consultancy, cyber security, product / project management, network engineering, etc.

- CERTIFICATIONS: the graduate will be trained to obtain the associate and professional SWIFT certification which are considered highly valuable worldwide within the financial industry.
- GROWTH: throughout the program the graduate will dramatically increase their knowledge in every field of IT (Networks, Cloud, Cyber Security, etc.) as well as their soft skills (team working, communication, etc.)
- CO-OPERATION: The program is designed to let the graduate be always assisted by more experienced colleagues in an international English based environment.
Qualifications
University degree in Scientific disciplines, Engineering, Economy and Finance. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Willing to be challenged daily by IT technical issues in relation to business operations. Ambition to build a career in the financial industry. Affinity with IT and especially Windows, UNIX and network technology would appreciated. Strong consultative, communication and planning skills. Fluent in English plus another European language. A team player, willing to work in a dynamic multicultural environment. Willingness to travel occasionally.
Graduate program
Personality and ability tests will be part of the selection procedure which will be performed by Authentiek. The overall selection procedure will take about 2 months. As a consequence, even if you have not graduated yet, you can start the selection procedure upfront and ensure your place before graduating. Once taken on board you will receive certified training on hard skills like trouble shoot complex IT, network and cybersecurity issues as well as interpersonal skills (tailor made). Career development coaching will be part of the programme as well and the programme will last 2 years.
The contract offered is a full time job agreement.
