GOAL

  • Supporting the BMW/MINI Dealer Marketing Specialist in preserving the brand image and respecting the corporate identity along Italy.
  • Increasing the quantity and the quality of local marketing activities to ensure support and commitment to the Dealers.
  • Supporting and strengthening the local marketing activities developed by BMW/MINI Dealers. Monitoring the local marketing activities.

TOPIC BMW

  • Dealer events: data and location, concept of events, customer target, communication materials, fill in pre-event form, fill in post-event form, Weekly alignment with BMW Italia and reporting.
  • Launch of new dealers: Trainee Marketing Manager of the new Dealer on BMW world, support Dealer  to define the launch plan in terms of advertising campaign and events.
  • Central events with dealer activation: support BMW Italia marketing department to involve Dealers and define calendars. Support Dealers to implement central concept of event with Dealer activation: Top Experience (GKL+), xDrive Experience (X Range), Kids Tour (2 Series Family), Golf Cup International, Weelky update with BMW Italia and reporting.
  • Central events: support BMW Italia marketing department to involve Dealers to engage Customers: Driving experience, M track days, La Scala for Kids, Running events and all events organized centrally Weelky update with BMW Italia.
  • Dealer Digital Empowerment: Boost on digital marketing, Reduce traditional ADV on paper, Enhance use of digital tools (google adwords etc), CI compliance on Web, Google reviews and ranking management, Social media management, Monthly reporting to BMW Italia.
  • Showroom: Support Dealers in the correct set up of show room in terms of POS materials, Management of POS materials requested from Dealers, Monthly reporting to BMW Italia.
  • Partnership: Support Dealers to find local Partners in order to increse their presence in the Area and conquest new customers.

Stage - MINI Product Marketing & Sales Analyst

Scopo della posizione:

Il MINI Product Marketing & Sales Analyst dovrà collaborare alla gestione dell’intero ciclo di vita di tutta la gamma MINI, monitorando l’andamento delle performance in termini di analisi quantitative su volumi, mix, andamento preventivi ed entrata ordini. Inoltre dovrà essere di supporto agli Area Manager MINI fornendo una reportistica giornaliera sulle performance territoriali quantitative e qualitative suddivise per aree commerciali. Infine, la figura, sarà responsabile per la realizzazione e la gestione di reportistiche dedicate volte a misurare le prestazioni del brand MINI secondo un’accurata serie di KPI quantitativi e qualitativi.

Preparazione ed esperienza richieste:

  • Laurea in Materie Economiche o Ingegneristiche Ottima conoscenza dei prodotti MINI
  • Eccellenti doti di relazione, comunicazione e organizzazione Proattività verso i compiti richiesti
  • Dinamicità, flessibilità e orientamento al raggiungimento di target Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office in particolare di Microsoft Excel
