For Angelini Pharma we are looking for a new graduate to insert for an internship in area “Compensation and Benenefits” located in Rome.
The main activities will be:
- support to the realization of internal analysis on processes implementation in order to ensure compliance and efficiency;
- support to the perform external benchmarks on Compensation & Benefits practices;
- participate and follow the team’s projects (templates, guidelines, consolidation of data, etc…).
The ideal candidate has:
- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
- Master in Human Resources (preferably)
- Good Knowledge of English;
- Good knowledge of Office.
We offer a paid internship for 6 months.

- Master or specialization course in Human Resources (preferred);
- Good Knowledge of English;
- Good knowledge of Office.
