HR PLANT SPECIALIST
The role, reporting in solid line to the Plant Manager and in dotted line to the T&I HR Manager, will be responsible for the following activities:
- manage the payroll process for plant employees
- guarantee the alignment of the HR process to the Corporate guidelines
- update and ensure the correct respect of ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001
- be the Pillar Leader for WCM People Development
- collaborate with the T&I HR Manager on the plant industrial relations
- manage the selections and the initiatives of training for the plant.
We are looking for new graduates in Economics or Law with a brilliant academic background and international exposure, interested to the Human Resources Management professional path. Entrepreneurship, flexibility and a strong adaptability, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills complete the profile.
Fluency in English is mandatory.

PRICING SPECIALIST
The role, reporting to the Pricing Manager, within the Marketing Operations Department, will give support to the following activities:
- Develop the right tools to set prices and to manage prices over the product lifecycle
- Support the product management in the strategic positioning of new products, for the assigned product categories
- Monitor and understand the business impact, opportunities and risks associated with different pricing strategies and pricing performances
- Develop recommendations of guidelines for price corridors, price lists and discount policies at group or market level
- Production of standardized reports and presentations for the top management/ C-level, to drive decision making
- Define methodologies for monitoring sell-in/sell-out prices at market level
- Consolidate data (collected at local/ country level) at corporate level, highlight outliers and best practices; collaborate closely with the pricing reference manager of each market (worldwide).
The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Economics/Business or Engineering with a brilliant academic career. An experience of maximum 2/3 years in data or pricing analysis and statistical modelling will be a plus.
Good analytical skills, problem solving, organizational capabilities and flexibility will complete the profile.
Fluent English, excel proficiency and ability to travel are preferred.

The role, reporting to the R&D Manager in charge of Domestic Boiler Platform, will be part of the team that works on product design and development for both new products and product maintenance.
In order to grow in the project management skill, he/she will be responsible for the following activities:
- design of mechanical components;
- products’ modification management;
- bill of material management and costs control;
- implementation of new projects and extensions.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineer with a brilliant academic career. Knowledge of 2D/3D software (SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Catia, etc) is a basic requirement.

- Technical support & commercial promotion of our products range and solutions to commercial agencies, construction & installer companies and design studios, in order to develop thermal systems & solutions with our brands
- Develop heating systems’ projects with the related technical reports, system layout & size and any other documentations required by Italian legislation
- new products development proposal, with particular focus on heating systems solutions and applications
- develop technical tools for Sale Force, to propose and promote our products range to the market.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s Degree in Engineering and a brilliant academic career, preferably with knowledge of heating systems and energy efficiency.
