WHAT THE JOB IS ALL ABOUT »

These match-day positions will include on-site work at football stadiums in your region. The role will encompass installation and operation of the technology at matches of Serie A TIM, Coppa Italia and UEFA competitions.

RESPONSIBILITIES »

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of sports technology in top-flight football leagues as part of a young and dynamic team. We will equip you with the technical training, support and full exposure to our systems to perform your day to day tasks.

This will involve:

  • Assist Setting up the video review system and goal-line technology;
  • Conducting pre-match checks of the systems in accordance with standard procedures;
  • Liaising with match officials and host broadcasters both on-site and remotely;
  • Operating the technologies during the match;

REQUIREMENTS » 

  • Bright and enterprising with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work on your own initiative;
  • Time management skills and ability to work in a high pressure, live broadcast environment;
  • Ability to liaise with clients and customers in a professional and approachable manner;
  • Ideally, an interest in sport and/or sport analysis;
  • Full valid driving licence required;
  • Preferable experience working with VT / replay technology desirable, or live event / technical production;
  • Fluency in Italian (native level) and English.

WHAT THE JOB IS ALL ABOUT

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of sports technology in a top-flight football league as part of a young and dynamic team. These full-time opportunities based in Italy will include on-site visits to all Serie A stadiums delivering goal line technology services to the LNPA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • conducting pre-match checks
  • liaising with match officials
  • monitoring the system during the match
  • running the on-site system used to transmit broadcast feeds back to the studio
  • building and maintaining our hardware and equipment
  • research and development into new projects
  • software performance analysis

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • A strong technical grounding, ideally with at least an upper second class degree in a science, technology, mathematics or engineering course or equivalent
  • Bright and enterprising, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work on your own initiative
  • Time management skills and ability to work in a high pressure, live broadcast environment
  • Ability to liaise with clients and customers in a professional and approachable manner
  • Ideally, an interest in sport and/or sport analysis
  • Valid driving licence and comfortable with driving a Class 7 Vehicle: Goods Vehicles over 3000 kg up to 3500 kg DGW
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Fluent in Italian and English, additional language in Spanish is preferable.
