ROLE
This role is within the Partnership Business Development team of Advisors in Europe with a particular responsibility on the commercial strategy development and project management of data analytics projects solutions and strategic collaboration agreements with a specific focus on the Italian Market
You will be working with the Partnership teams across all Advisors Divisions.
You will be responsible to support in the development within the company of all products and strategy related to Business Intelligence and how to leverage MasterCard Big Data Power to offer enhanced analytic and predictive models for Financial Institution, Merchants.
You will work within the Advisors European Business Development teams both in supporting the development of the go-to-market of the new products and on specific customer facing projects with first-moving MasterCard partners and banks.
You will need to manage autonomously some projects and work streams, work on project management with both the Local sales team and Global Product department, make analysis & presentations to support the development of business recommendations to senior internal and external audience.

ALL ABOUT YOU
- BA degree or equivalent with an MBA desired
- Consulting experience desirable
- Proven experience in an analytical environment and is comfortable interpreting data to deliver high level reporting
- Proven ability to work with international team and customers
- Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and provide workable solutions
- Extensive project management and co-ordination skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Self-directed and motivated / Self Starter
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Access)
Languages: Fluent English

Job Title: Account Management Intern
Overwiew
- The Account Management Team supports the development, marketing and sale of Mastercard range of products with the largest Italian bank, to achieve specific business goals that jointly drive market share, volume, and revenue growth.
- We deliver customized payment solutions and comprehensive consulting support, while leveraging Mastercard’s strong brand, technology, products and services, to generate strong bottom line results to Intesa Sanpaolo.
- We are looking for an intern who will work within the team on day to day account management activities, monitoring product performance, developing supporting material and liaising with other Mastercard colleagues in the Marketing, Products, Advisors and Delivery areas.
Role:
- Manage autonomously some projects and work streams
- Make analysis & presentations to support business reviews with senior internal and external audience
- Support marketing initiatives developed by Mastercard for Intesa Sanpaolo
- Help the account team in all compliance-related reporting activities
- Provide market intelligence on competition, product performance and propose enhancements to help position and sell Mastercard Payment products
All About You
- Last year student or recently graduated from “Laurea Magistrale” or Master; ideally in Economics or Management Engineering
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Open minded and proactive, interested in innovation, capable of working in teams with different levels of seniority and different backgrounds, results oriented, capable of managing projects and deadlines
