Both of them, reporting to the HR IS Project Manager, within the Group Organization, People Development & HR IT Department, will be in charge of the following activities:

• Actively participate to IT Human Capital Management (HCM) projects, such as new system solutions or evolution of the current ones;
• Provide technical and functional analysis;
• Perform user support on IT HCM solutions and manage the daily IT Systems operations;
• Implement and develop on premises HCM applications, such as SAP HR and other Cloud solutions (mainly Taleo, Success Factors).

The ideal candidates have a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, with a brilliant academic career and interest for Human Resources topics.

The role, reporting to the Pricing Manager, within the Marketing Operations Department, will give support to the following activities:

• Develop the right tools to set prices and to manage prices over the product lifecycle
• Support the product management in the strategic positioning of new products, for the assigned product categories
• Monitor and understand the business impact, opportunities and risks associated with different pricing strategies and pricing performances
• Develop recommendations of guidelines for price corridors, price lists and discount policies at group or market level
• Production of standardized reports and presentations for the top management/ C-level, to drive decision making
• Define methodologies for monitoring sell-in/sell-out prices at market level
• Consolidate data (collected at local/ country level) at corporate level, highlight outliers and best practices; collaborate closely with the pricing reference manager of each market (worldwide)

Scope of the role:

Perform the operational planning (Master Production Schedule) of the defined Ariston Thermo factories at Finished Goods and Accessories level to ensure material availability for the end customer, as part of the global S&OP process. The planning horizon is from the operational planning, respecting the defined frozen weeks, until the tactical planning, considering a 6 months’ time period.

Key responsabilities & accountabilities:

Managing the production planning  for Finished Goods and Accessories at:

• Rough cut capacity planning, set up of the monthly volume
• Weekly planning on item level
• Definition of the external purchasing (S&OP process) and execution of purchasing

Support and contribute:                        

• Sales and Operational Planning Process
• Follow-up of defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Product phase in & phase out

Interface to cross function within Supply Chain Organization

The ideal candidate has a degree in Management/Mechanical Engineering or equal and a brilliant academic career.
