iSi GmbH is an e-commerce group founded in 2012 in Germany. The group consists of online retail brands in France (iSi-Sanitaire.fr), the United Kingdom (SuperBath.co.uk), the Netherlands (SuperBath.nl), and Italy (SuperBath.it). Through these brands we sell +160,000 branded bathroom products (e.g. Grohe shower systems, and Hansgrohe kitchen taps) directly to the consumer at competitive prices. About the position:
As a graphics design intern at iSi you will get exposure to both the online marketing aspects, as well as the graphic design. Like any position at our company, you will receive real responsibility. You have the freedom to take your ideas from the concept stage to the implementation stage where it will be placed live on our websites across the countries we are active in. Working on the graphics in a fast-growing e-commerce company means you can also expect a diverse range of activities, that will also change over time.
Some things you can expect:
• Thinking of and implementing concepts for website banners
• Creating retargeting graphics
• Creating graphics for social media platforms
• Working on promotional campaigns
• Your own ideas that you bring to the table
Your profile:
• You have a strong passion for graphic design and specific training in this field
• You are interested in applying your passion for graphic design in an e-commerce setting
• You are proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• You are comfortable with multi-tasking and are not afraid to take initiative.
• Prior internship experience in graphic design is a plus
• Fluent in English
Salary: 700€ / month
Start date: (October 2018) Placements throughout the year
Duration: Anywhere between 4 – 12 months

About the position:
Search Engine Marketing and PPC are the fastest growing areas in marketing. You will therefore work in a dynamic field where you can learn a lot. Since you will get real responsibilities at iSi, there is no better place to learn about these fast-growing marketing topics.
Your primary focus will be on helping develop the organic and paid traffic channels through Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Google AdWords. This will involve analysing and influencing organic keyword positioning using Ahrefs, setting up Google AdWords Campaigns and managing them for success, and lots more.
After the internship, you will have learned more about this mysterious SEO/PPC topic. You will be able to understand and influence organic search engine rankings, manage Google AdWords Campaigns, and analyse PPC traffic. This will be an invaluable experience and skillset for any aspiring (online) marketer!
Some things you can expect:
• Performing organic keyword analysis and competitor analysis
• Creating content for SuperBath.co.uk and for ads based on keyword analysis and market research
• Analysing and influencing our organic search rankings through tools such as Ahrefs
• Online outreach activities (e.g. contacting bloggers, help build our online brand, etc.)
• Introduction to paid online advertising such as PPC (Google AdWords etc.) and Facebook Ads
Your profile:
We have one internship position available in each of our 4 sub shops where you will be responsible for country-specific marketing channels and AdWords campaigns. We therefore invite you to apply if you are either a French, English, Dutch or Italian native-speaker.
Other requirements:
• You have a strong passion for e-commerce/online marketing, and you can translate this passion into concrete actions.
• You are comfortable with multi-tasking and are not afraid to take initiative.

As a sales representative, you will assist in performing the whole range of sales activities that are needed to execute the operational side of a fast-growing e-commerce company. In addition, we value initiative and we are always looking to improve processes. You will therefore have the chance to initiate your own projects along the way. You will voice the opinion of the customer and make sure you offer them all they need for their projects.
Some things you can expect:
• Relationship management with customers and business customers
• Delivering professional and high-quality service and assistance before and after sales.
• Effective handling quotations and follow-ups with potential clients
• Interacting with the different departments/teams in the company to ensure quick resolution of the

Your profile:
