Ariston Thermo Group, in order to grow the capabilities of the Group Organization, People Development & HR IT Department, is searching for:
2 HR IS Specialists
Both of them, reporting to the HR IS Project Manager, within the Group Organization, People Development & HR IT Department, will be in charge of the following activities:
- Actively participate to IT Human Capital Management (HCM) projects, such as new system solutions or evolution of the current ones;
- Provide technical and functional analysis;
- Perform user support on IT HCM solutions and manage the daily IT Systems operations;
- Implement and develop on premises HCM applications, such as SAP HR and other Cloud solutions (mainly Taleo, Success Factors).
The ideal candidates have a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, with a brilliant academic career and interest for Human Resources topics.
Analytical skills, proactivity, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile.
Fluency in English and availability to travel are mandatory for both positions.
For one of them the knowledge of German is required with an equivalent B1 level as minimum, since the perimeter of activity is DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and an expatriation to Germany will be part of the development path.

Ariston Thermo Group, in order to grow the capabilities of the Corporate IT Organization, is searching for: JUNIOR SYSTEM ENGINEER
The role, reporting to the Technological Competence Center Manager into the “IT Operations” area, will be responsible for the following activities:
- define, develop and delivery Wintel Server environment based on physical or virtual infrastructure;
- define and document processes and maintain operating procedures
- provide technological support (second level helpdesk/troubleshooting)
- participate to local and international projects for the realization of IT infrastructure
- manage suppliers and contracts related to his/her area of responsibility
- manage Systems license and monitor its usage
- monitor the technological trends
The ideal candidate has a technical degree with a brilliant academic career and at least 2 years of experience on IT Systems management.
Knowledge and experience of Windows Operating Systems (server/client), VMWare and Windows Virtualization, LAN Desk Management Suite, VEEAM and Symantec Backup and Recovery Solution are a plus.
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills experience, ability to coordinate internal and external resources for ensuring targets achievement, relational and organizational skills, together with flexibility and initiative complete the profile.
English proficiency is a requirement; French/German language is a plus.
