Job Description
As an intern you will be involved in all aspects of our end-to-end process. You will help the team to develop a plan to solve the client’s problems.
Interns work closely with Project Leaders and Partners, and have primary responsibility for understanding the client’s strategic issues and delivering good analyses and documents to senior members of the team . They benefit from wide-ranging opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and experience a variety of strategic business consulting engagements.
Our intern role offers these key opportunities for development and advancement, frequently not available at other consulting firms:
- Structuring and performing analysis, and conducting primary research, to uncover the insights that support our recommendations to clients
- Translating data into meaningful insights and recommendations
- Presenting at team and client meetings, and determining the most practical way to drive lasting results based on your insights working with senior executives: 3H Partners non-hierarchical structure results in frequent interaction between Consultants and senior professionals both within 3H Partners and within the client’s organisation.
In addition, as part of 3H Partners, you will have the opportunity to learn intensively and perform a wide range of entrepreneurial activities:
- Participate actively in the development of 3H Partners eco system and its ventures.
- Ensure a good relationship with clients, listen to their challenges and needs.
- Design and conceptualisation of MVP (Minimum Viable Products), which are early prototypes of Entrepreneurial Solutions
- Develop methodological skills to search data and gather information.
- Structure analyses and distil messages on appropriate communication media.
Qualifications
Education: Management or Engineering Master Degree
Experience: 0.5-2 years
Languages: Italian native speaker and fluent in English, other European languages are considered a plus.
Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required; VBA, database and statistical data analysis software are well appreciated. Video and photo editing is considered a plus.
Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills are all essential to this position.
Willingness to travel across Europe is required.

Job Description
The Strategy & Innovation Advisor is a consultant with 2-5 year experience working closely with Project Leaders and Partners. His/her primary responsibility is to analyse the client’s strategic issues and deliver actionable insights to senior executives. He/she will benefit from wide-ranging opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, like managing junior team members and develop new business opportunities for 3H Partners and our clients. He/she should expect to travel extensively to work in team with clients and experience different strategic business challenges and industries through his career.
The Strategy & Innovation Advisor will:
Structure and perform analysis, as well as conduct primary research, to uncover the insights that support our recommendations to clients
Translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations
Present at team and client meetings, and determine the most practical way to drive lasting results based on your insights
Build testing protocols and perform experiments on new business initiatives, from products to business models, from tools to methodologies
Take part to workshops and training sessions with the objective of building value adding competences to our clients’ team
Work with senior executives: 3H Partners’ non-hierarchical structure results in frequent interaction between our team members and senior professionals both within 3H Partners and within the client’s organization.

Education: Master Degree in Management, Engineering or Economics (PhD is strongly appreciated)
Work Experience: 2+ Years in Consulting, Banking or project-driven work with international exposure
Languages: Proficiency in English and Italian, any other European language is considered a plus
Software: Extensive expertise of MS-Office package (in particular Excel and PowerPoint). Coding, database management and statistical data analysis software are well appreciated. Video and photo editing are considered a plus.
Skills: Proven track record of analytical and communication skills in previous experiences, as well as attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are all essential to this position.

The candidate will be involved in a structured and highly visible project for a global Institution.
His/her job is articulated along three different areas of activities:
1. Organizational activities to support the Client and the Expert Teams, including drafting of
meeting agendas and documents, drafting of meeting minutes and follow-up on action points
2. Logistical support to the institutional bodies of the client, for the hosting of meetings and
reservations for external meetings, including the procurement of all the key services
3. Management of key contents and facilitation for the deepening of the ideas/concepts emerging
during the meetings
Qualifications
The candidate should have a specific academic background in one of the following fields:
1. Business or management
2. Government or Public administration
3. Communication
Experience 2+ years in:
Project support activities, both at logistical (organization of travel and accommodation) and
organizational level (meeting agendas and minutes preparation).
Familiarity with Card and electronic payment business, both at commercial and technology level.
The candidate should have the understanding of the business and different actors (ie. Processors, Retailers, Vendors and Schemes/Platform) as well as the type of transactions (Authorization, Peering
and Settlement).
Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Italian. Another European language is considered a plus.
