The role is responsible for providing formal technical and clinical training to customers: radiologists, radiographers, physicists and bio-medical engineers that have purchased a CT scanner. Responsibilities include on-going post-sale customer support, on-site clinical visits for education sessions to radiologists and radiographers. Responsibilities will include also product demonstrations during pre-sale activities.
Essential Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide technical and clinical information to customer by demonstrating the full range of product features and benefits.
- Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software and applications of the CT portfolio of scanners and post-processing workstation.
- Monitor and control customer satisfaction through continuing education trainings, optimization of the performances of the CT equipment utilized by users.
- Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing CT product demonstration and workstation promotion as well as customer training.
- Use product knowledge to assist commercial and marketing teams in developing sales tools.
- Provide post-training reports, regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs to the internal Sales and Service organization.
Requisiti del candidato:
- Master ore Bachelor Degree in a scientific area (biomedical engineer; radiology)
- Technical background on CT physics, medical imaging generation, signal processing, etc. Basic clinical/medical background is also requested.
- Easy to establish relationship with people, open and flexible to work outside of the office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide for trainings, sales meetings and tradeshows
- To the extent you are applying for a position that requires you to operate a GE owned/leased, privately owned/leased or rental vehicle for company business, you must be willing to submit to a check of your driving record
- Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
- Good level of English spoken and written.
- EU work permit
- Willingness to travel extensively
