The role:
Our ICT Graduates play a key role in executing our global business transformation projects. The culture within the ICT function is one of dynamic innovation and team work. The pace is fast but there is real satisfaction in seeing a solution you have developed being implemented globally across the business.
Upon joining as an ICT Graduate at Kerry Group, there are opportunities to be involved in developing, supporting and enhancing a wide range of applications, from initial data capture through to the most sophisticated analysis and presentation techniques.
You will be required to manage close working relationship with colleagues across all areas of the business, from sales and marketing, supply chain and procurement through to applications and brand managers. It’s a big responsibility, and it can take you all over the world.
You could find yourself at one of our manufacturing sites as a member of a project team developing a new production scheduling system, supporting the execution of digital and internal brand communications, or even working on an international scale implementing new systems and processes, such as working on our global SAP implementation project.
With formalised on-the-job and external training, your functional skills and technical knowledge will be continuously developed. As these grow, you’ll be given even greater responsibility working on higher profile projects, and your job progression could lead you to working in a project management or business analyst capacity or another role within the ICT function.
Who we are looking for
- Minimum 2:1 degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Digital Marketing or Graphic Design
- Exceptional problem solving skills and a history of high achievement and delivery
- Motivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong ability to work well in a team and on your own
- Must be globally mobile
- A second language would be distinct advantage

The role:
Graduates will have first-hand exposure to our key global customers which will act build a great platform for a successful career in Kerry.
You will play an essential role as a Customer Care Specialist supporting our direct customers and/or providing support for our internal customers.
You will be responsible for presenting a professional image of the company in each interaction and maximising our customers experience with Kerry by providing a comprehensive service in a high performance, customer focused environment with respect to company technologies, products and procedures.
You will be the key contact to provide our customers with accurate information in a timely manner, through coordination between production, finance, regulatory and quality, ensuring we meet our customer commitments and keeping them informed of any changes.
You will assist in the identification of improvement opportunities through Lean principles, and will work in a cross functional environment to provide effortless customer experience which includes challenging current practices and procedures. You will also have the opportunity to lead and participate in projects to ensure best practice in a customer care environment.
You will be required to perform at a high level and will be supported by our psychology and language of service training. Previous graduates in Customer Care have progressed into Project Management, Process Design, Supply Chain, Procurement and Training and Leadership roles across the business.
Who we are looking for:
