About the Graduate role:

Unità Organizzativa: R&D – PreClinical Research – Molecular Imaging facility

Breve descrizione delle attività:

La persona verrà inserita all’interno di un team multi-disciplinare che utilizza la Micro-Computer Tomografy per seguire l’evoluzione di patologie croniche polmonari e cardiovascolari e la risposta farmacologica nell’animale. Dopo una fase di messa a punto delle procedure di acquisizione e di rielaborazione delle immagini, la tecnologia viene utilizzata a supporto dei progetti di drug discovery.

La risorsa darà supporto al team nello svolgimento delle seguenti attività:

  • Generazione di nuove metodologie di analisi delle immagini prodotte dalla Micro CT
  • Sviluppo di applicativi per la rielaborazione di immagini digitali
  • Sviluppo di algoritmi per l’analisi automatica di immagini tomografiche
  • Rielaborazione di immagini digitali
  • Facilitare l’implementazione di sistemi digitali con lo scopo di migliorare l’efficienza delle tecniche di imaging
  • Essere parte integrante dei progetti di innovazione tecnologica, piattaforme di sviluppo, sistemi di gestione dati, trasformazione digitale
  • Analisi statistica dei dati

Titolo di studio:

Laurea in discipline scientifiche (preferibilmente Fisica, Matematica, Informatica, Ingegneria informatica, Bioinformatica). Non escludiamo di valutare studenti laureandi interessati a svolgere il proprio progetto di tesi in azienda.
