American Express, global leader in payment services, is looking for a young university or master student in Economics for an internship in our Sales Department.

For our headquarter in Rome, we are looking for an intern who will support our Global Commercial Services Team in project management activities.

What you will need to succeed

  • You are a student/recent graduate in Economics
  • Fluent in Italian, English, both written and oral;
  • Good knowledge of Office tools (in particular Excel and PPT);
  • Excellent communication capabilities and language skills;
  • Strong motivation with good interpersonal skills and team work attitude;
  • Attention to details and strong analytical skills;
  • Curious and thinking outside of the box

He/she will be involved in talent management activities in order to:

  • Analysis and reporting on the main activities related to sales strategy
  • Work together with internal stakeholders to monitor American Express Payment processes

The candidate will gain direct knowledge of the sales field, developing PMO skills in a multinational company like American Express.

American Express, global leader in payment services, is looking for a young graduate in Economics or Statistics or Mathematics, for an internship in our Customer Engagement Network Team.

For our headquarter in Rome, we are looking for an intern who will support our Customer Engagement Network Team.

The Intern will support the MIS Analyst and will be involved in the main Customer Service activities related to American Express cardholders.

The resource will be involved in the execution of the following tasks:

  • Data Analysis and Reports
  • Analysis of customer satisfaction results based on VOCM received from customers;
  • Calculation of incentive plans to be delivered monthly to resources in the area
  • In addition, it will be involved in the data analysis activities of the Customer Engagement Network area, with a focus on key metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of the Office package, in particular of Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
  • Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken);

Finally, teamworking, strong analytical skills, predisposition to work for goals, communicational and relational skills are necessary.

Stage Customer Engagement Network Analyst

American Express, società leader nel settore dei pagamenti a livello globale, ricerca un/a giovane laureato/a in Economia o Statistica o Matematica da inserire all’interno del team di Customer Engagement Network (CEN).

La risorsa, inserita all’interno della funzione CEN, supporterà la figura MIS Analyst e sarà coinvolta nelle principali attività di Customer Service relative ai titolari di carta American Express.

La risorsa svolgerà, tra le altre, le seguenti attività:

  • Analisi dei dati e report;
  • Analisi dei risultati di customer satisfaction basati sui VOCM ricevuti dai clienti;
  • Calcolo dei piani di incentivazione da erogare mensilmente alle risorse dell’area.

In aggiunta, sarà coinvolta nelle attività di analisi dei dati dell’area di Customer Engagement Network, con focus sulle principali metriche e sui KPI.

È richiesta una padronanza avanzata del pacchetto office, in particolare un uso avanzato di excel e power point e una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Infine, sono indispensabili capacità di lavorare in team, spiccate doti analitiche, predisposizione a lavorare per obiettivi, buone capacità comunicative e relazionali.
