Panoramica sulle prospettive professionali e occupazionali nel settore Ingegneria dell’automazione
ANIPLA – Associazione Nazionale Italiana Per L’Automazione – si propone da diversi anni come trait d’union tra il mondo dell’industria e quello della formazione, e con il progetto incontri aziende/studenti nel tempo è diventata un importante punto di riferimento per i giovani tecnici diplomati e i futuri ingegneri.
L’obiettivo degli incontri, che l’associazione organizza da quattordici anni in continuità, è per gli studenti prossimi alla conclusione degli studi superiori o universitari quello di conoscere rappresentanti del mondo industriale – siano essi tecnici o responsabili delle risorse umane – e dialogare con loro informalmente su opportunità professionali, orientamento delle carriere, modalità di relazione con il mondo del lavoro a partire dalla corretta redazione del CV e dalla gestione del colloquio di selezione, mentre le aziende hanno l’opportunità di raccogliere profili da valutare per le loro più o meno immediate esigenze

::ENGLISH::An overview of career and employment prospects in the Automation Engineering field
ANIPLA – the National Italian Association for the Automation – has been proposing for several years as a trait d’union between industry and education; with these meetings between companies and students it has become an important point of reference for the young technicians and engineers.
The aim of the meetings – which the association has been organizing continuously for fourteen years – is for students nearing the end of their high school or university studies to get to know representatives of the industrial world – whether they are technicians or human resources managers – and to dialogue with them informally on professional opportunities, career orientation, how to relate to the job market (starting from the correct drafting of the CV and the management of the selection interview), while the companies have the opportunity to collect profiles to evaluate.
