  • Laurea o diploma, preferibilmente di tipo tecnico-informatico.
  • Esperienza in attività di progettazione e sviluppo software nell’ambito WEB, in particole è gradita la conoscenza di: WebServices SOAP e RESTful, JSON, HTML5, Javascript, CSS, JQuery, Bootstrap, Ajax, Node.js.
  • Conoscenza dei seguenti tool di sviluppo: Brackets, Atom, Sublime Text,WebStorm.
  • Conoscenza di almeno uno tra i seguenti web server: Nginx, Node js, JBoss, Tomcat, IIS.
  • Conoscenza di almeno uno tra i seguenti DBMS: Mongo Db, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL.
  • Conoscenza dell’inglese tecnico. Completano il profilo: capacità di analisi e problem solving, propensione alla relazione, capacità di teamwork ed orientamento al risultato, propensione al contatto con il cliente, flessibilità.

Opportunità di stage della durata complessiva di 6 mesi (750 Euro mensili) presso Fionda srl (Frosinone).

Ruolo e attività assegnate:

Il/La candidato/a avrà l’opportunità di inserirsi all’interno dell’Area Qualità dove, in affiancamento al responsabile del team, avrà la possibilità di sviluppare significative esperienze nell’ambito dell’approvvigionamento dei materiali.

In particolare le attività ed i progetti ai quali potrà partecipare sono:

  1. valutare e approvare le forniture acquisite;
  2. gestire le non conformità, definire i piani di miglioramento e richiedere l’apertura di moduli 8D;
  3. monitorare periodicamente le performance di qualità dei fornitori;
  4. implementare un laboratorio di prova materiali e definire le prove  per valutare la qualità del prodotto finito e semilavorato;
  5. occuparsi dell’omologazione di nuovi prodotti, da parte del cliente, mediante l’approvazione di PPAP (vendor rating);
  6. implementare il database IMDS con le specifiche dei prodotti utilizzati in produzione;
  7. migliorare la supply chain di riferimento,

Nel corso dello stage avrà modo di conoscere i principali processi del settore Automotive.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale, Scienze e Tecnologie dei Materiali, Ingegneria dei Sistemi di Produzione
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
  • Conoscenza del sistema internazionale IMDS per la gestione dei materiali nel settore automotive;
  • Conoscenza dei software di gestione;
  • Teamwork e cooperazione
  • Ottime competenze relazionali

Job Purpose

Through continuous activity, improve processes to increase efficiency and optimize costs and develop new process technology in tire production. After orientation and training, performs assignments of specific engineering tasks, contributing to a specific phase of larger projects in manufacturing area. Emphasis is on document preparation, data analysis, reporting activity, drawing preparation, active participation on continuous improvement activity in Plant.

Job Description

Main Accountabilities

  • Performs a variety of tasks, planned to provide experience/familiarization with Technical Center Europe and European Plants, the methods, practices, programs
  • Collects and evaluates data, develops plans for improvement activity in Plant
  • Develop enough autonomy to manage assigned tasks by himself/herself
  • Suggest straightforward solutions to problems using readily available, clear and direct references
