Manufacturing Engineering

The internship will be in the Manufacturing Engineering Department, aiming to support a project of productive cycle management and to implement cycle time and process improvements in order to reduce costs and respect objectives.

This Internship is aimed to familiarize with maintenance system and activities, performing assessments of actual KPIs, procedures, tasks and suggesting modifications based on TPM, Kaizen, 5S and RCM methodologies.

Materials/Production Analysis

Quality Engineering

The internship will be in Product Quality, Laboratory and Special processes Departments aiming to support productive cycle management in terms of quality requirements to assure full compliance to customer requirements and Airworthiness Regulation by monitoring assembly and manufacturing conventional as well as special processes (Coating, NM, NDT, HT,Welding) and eventual Lab procedures.

Lean

The internship will be developed in the Lean team and focused on analyzing manufacturing routers (production cycles) and production factors. You will participate in LEAN initiatives and engage Six Sigma tools for process and flow improvements.

Il tirocinio, di durata semestrale,  riguarderà attività di:

  • Fornitura adeguata supporto operativo nelle fasi di elaborazione dei dati prospetti ed analisi dei consuntivi
  • Cura e verifica dell’aggiornamento dei sistemi
  • Collaborazione alla produzione della reportistica per le Direzioni ed i Responsabili nelle fasi di elaborazione dei dati prospettici, avanzamenti e analisi dei consuntivi e/o altri dati.
  • Supporto il proprio Responsabile nelle pianificazione delle scadenze e tempistiche relative alle fasi di acquisto/vendita dei veicoli e relative attività operative.
  • Interazione con le agenzie di noleggio italiane ed estere finalizzata sia allo scambio di informazioni, sia allo sviluppo di documenti congiunti

Requisiti:

  • Spiccata predisposizione nell’acquisire nuove conoscenze
  • laurea in Statistica e gestione delle informazioni, Economia o Statistica gestionale
  • Attitudine e ottime capacità a lavorare con i sistemi informativi: software dedicati alla raccolta, elaborazione e diffusione dei dati e delle informazioni
  • Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Conoscenza client di posta elettronica Outloo
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Ottime competenze comunicative
  • Professionalità, precisione, approccio analitico e predisposizione al problem solving

Internship in Service Delivery & Quality Assurance

Octo Telematics researches an intern to be included in Service Delivery & Quality Assurance. His activity will be focused on the support to the claims handler and trustees of the Company on the topics of telematics Crash & Claim. He or she will also provide support to business customers to interpretate telematics data, by preparing the crash reporting for the Card and RCA claims management and settlement phase, and will also have to ensure for the tasks under his or her responsibility that the quality of the data, sent to the requesting companies, are in line with the target set by Octo and Companies, respecting the contractual obligations signed with the Customers. Knowledge of English language and analytical skills are mandatory

The candidate must be oriented towards achieving important goals of professional growth. Relational skills, predisposition to group work, organizational skills combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills are fundamental requisites.

His/Her activity will be focused on the support to the claims handler and trustees of the Company on the topics of telematics Crash & Claim. He or she will also provide support to interpretate and classify telematics data, by preparing the crash reporting for the Card and RCA claims management and settlement phase and will also have to ensure for the tasks under its responsibility that the quality of the data, sent to the requesting department, are in line with the target set by Octo and Companies.
