SCOPO DEL RUOLO

  • Trasmissione telematica dei Certificati di Conformità (CoC) e dei dati di omologazione al Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti incluse attività di supporto da svolgere presso la sede del Ministero;
  • Supporto nella gestione del processo di Licensing & Registration in CESAR;
  • Supporto alle BU riguardo l’omologazione di vetture e accessori originali;
  • Supporto nella gestione dei veicoli di fine serie (deroghe all’immatricolazione);
  • Adempimenti prescritti dal DPR 17/02/2003, n. 84 in materia di comunicazione dei dati dei consumi e delle emissioni dei veicoli;
  • Supporto nella consulenza a clienti e dealer in materia di omologazione inclusa stesura di  dichiarazioni  e  nulla  osta  per Clienti e Dealer e relativa  spedizione  e fatturazione;
  • Supporto nella gestione dei Ticket del Dealer Contact Center ed i casi del CAC di Maastricht;
  • Adempimenti prescritti dal DLgs 209/2003 del 24/06/2003 in materia di Veicoli Fuori Uso (ELV);

JOB PURPOSE

Strategic and proactive procurement of food commodities, goods and services, in partnership with the key supply chain functions to ensure an integrated supply chain approach to meeting the food assistance needs of beneficiaries. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)

  • Participate in the development and implementation of country sourcing strategies or specialist procurement initiatives that support effective and cost optimising purchase decisions.
  • Lead the implementation of highly complex procurement projects in COs to ensure successful procurement of food and non-food commodities or services, ensuring a strategic, forward purchasing approach to procurement, following best-practice and in compliance with wider WFP policies, standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all relevant suppliers in order to improve service delivery and resolve supplier related issues.
  • Manage and coordinate effective relationships with inspection and superintendent firms to ensure quality control, specification conformity, volume assessment, monitoring and verification of deliveries.
  • Work in close collaboration with senior cross functional colleagues to align procurement activities and promote an integrated supply-chain approach to food assistance.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely reports of procurement activities to contribute to a WFP wide view that enables informed decision making and consistency of information presented to stakeholders leading to performance optimization.
  • Manage or oversee all auditing of procurement activities ensuring recommendations are responded to appropriately to ensure conformity with compliance rules.
  • Lead and motivate a large or highly specialized procurement team providing coaching, training and guidance as required to ensure appropriate development and enable high performance.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to WFP staff and external partners and governments, building capacity to take a strategic and proactive approach to the procurement of food and non-food commodities and services.
  • Take responsibility for incorporating gender perspectives in all areas of work, to ensure equal participation of women and men.

STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced University degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, Legal or Accounting or other relevant field, or First University degree with an additional relevant work experience and/or training/courses.
  • Language: Fluency (level C) in English language. Intermediate knowledge (level B) of a second official UN language: Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish, and/or WFP’s working language, Portuguese

DESIRED EXPERIENCE FOR ENTRY INTO THE ROLE

  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in procurement
  • Experience managing the physical purchase of commodities/goods/services in complex situations (e.g., market evaluations, assessing vendors, evaluating offers and making recommendations).
  • Experience in coordinating supply chain operations (including procurement of food, goods, and services, including budgeting and integrated supply chain planning
  • Experience managing suppliers including but not limited to wholesalers, traders and retailers.
  • Experience supervising medium numbers of staff
  • Experience communicating and coordinating with UN agencies or large international conglomerates
  • Experience in servicing client units or client offices
  • Experience of Vendor Management.

Il corso non presuppone conoscenze che non siano quelle già acquisite in ambito universitario e sarà finalizzato all’acquisizione di conoscenze base sui fondamenti dell’architettura e degli internals di un sistema RDBMS Oracle e della metodologie idonee ad una corretta ed efficiente gestione del sistema. Sono richieste ottime capacità di analisi, comunicative e attitudine al lavoro in team.
Al termine delle attività formative per i candidati che dimostreranno di aver raggiunto gli obiettivi prefissati è previsto l’inserimento in azienda con assunzione a tempo indeterminato full-time con sede di lavoro Roma e potranno nel contempo proseguire il percorso di formazione concordando tempi e modalità con il proprio referente.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive France. The Marketing Executive will report to the Marketing Manager in Como, Italy.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

A Talented Marketing Executive developing the marketing strategy and developing the marketing plan for our French company

You will undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.

A passionate for the “art” of marketing with an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies.

You must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image.

The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for contributing to global marketing strategies
  • Responsible for developing the country marketing strategy by adapting the global marketing strategy
  • Responsible for developing the country marketing plan
  • Responsible for contributing to the country business strategy
  • Responsible for changes to website content, linking and other factors to improve our company’s and our content’s natural search rank for target keywords.
  • Responsible for Google adwords Campaigns, in order to maximize ROI.
  • To own the majority of the marketing funnel for our You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into contacts and leads for the business
  • To develop and track newsletter campaigns to ultimately increase our business’ email marketing success.
  • To project manage the online events annual plan to generate new contacts and create brand fidelisation for actual clients
  • To manage social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into contacts.
  • To write and produce various types of contents regularly, to expand our company’s digital awareness across social media and blog.
  • Support Marketing Manager in organizing various marketing projects
  • Conduct competition/market research and analyze reports/questionnaires
  • Training and Exam Administration

SKILLS

  • NATIVE FRENCH SPEAKER
  • Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors.
  • Thorough knowledge of Google Adwords
  • Experience in B2B marketing funnel
  • Thorough knowledge of email marketing concepts ,metrics and tools such as mailchimp
  • Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, lead generation
  • Experience in event management
  • Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of WordPress, LinkedIn and Twitter and potentially additional channels (Google+, SlideShare, Facebook)and their best practices
  • Experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge

LA POSIZIONE

Per la nostra sede Mercedes-Benz Roma abbiamo la possibilità di attivare uno stage di 6 mesi all’interno della Direzione Finance & Controlling.

ATTIVITÀ PRINCIPALI

 Scopo dello stage sarà far acquisire al tirocinante strumenti e metodologie sulle attività riguardanti:

  • Supporto alle attività relative alla posizione di project management nell’ambito dell’implementazione dei processi e sistemi aziendali.
  • Supporto per analisi e monitoraggio dei costi, per la valutazione di misure di ottimizzazione e per l’elaborazione di reportistica atta a controllare lo stato di avanzamento delle attività.
  • Supporto nell’implementazione di processi strategici.
  • Analisi e monitoraggio continuo del total cost of ownership dei vari sistemi aziendali, valutazione delle possibili misure di ottimizzazione e definizione degli eventuali piani di azione da proporre al management aziendale.
  • Elaborazione della reportistica atta a controllare lo stato di avanzamento delle attività proprie e di quelle condivise con le altre Business Units.
